Shortly after entering my project details online my phone rang. I met with the contractor the same day and got an estimate for a repair and for a replacement. We decided tho go with a replacement. The installer arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and got busy removing the old door. The new door was installed in about 4 hours total time. Not only did he complete the installation of the new door and reprogramming of an extra door remote; he also replaced the complete locking mechanism on a smaller boat storage door. We love the new door. We are very satisfied with this contractor and wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I literally had forgotten I had a broken garage door when I woke up on Monday. About 7:30, I received a call from Gulf States Overhead Door and I was trilled to be reminded. Better still, they estimated a repair person would come out in 45 mins to an hour. And that is exactly what happened. Within 35 mins., my door was fixed. He diagnosed the problem, had the proper materials to repair it (without having to make a 2nd trip). It's funny that you feel the need to write a review because we should expect this type of service all the time. But not in the world we live. Thanks for restoring hope in repair service!
