Gulf to Bay Fencing, Inc.

This is the most childish and unprofessional company I have ever encountered from top to bottom. They came onto my property to tear down my fence so they could put up their fence without the decency of asking, then went out of their way to move the existing fence line even though they were told not to, leaving a huge gap and removing my property without permission. When I asked them why they removed my property and asked them to put it back they threatened me physically and became very vulgar. The owner was even ruder than the employees. 0/10

Great response time and very good price--the installation went perfectly and the guys who installed it were professional, courteous and very hard workers. I'm very happy with the quality of the fence and how great it makes the yard look!

I had a few specific requests with regards to fence style, gate access, etc. I wanted a portion of fence to be 5 ft solid panel and 1 ft of lattice at the top. Other portions of fence I wanted a 4 ft picket style. The transitions from 6 ft to 4 ft make it look cohesive and seamless. I also had a solid panel on one side of the house that I wanted to have a walk-gate installed in. They did everything requested, completed the job in two days and at a price that was as competitive or better than other fence companies.

Mike and Gulf to Bay Fencing DID what other fence companies said they do. We wanted to replace an older, dilapidated wood privacy fence with a new vinyl fence. The caveat was we wanted a two-tone gray and white fence. Several companies said they could do it, quoted a price, couldn't fulfill the job. Mike diligently searched for gray vinyl panels, as a reasonable price, and now we have a stunning new two-tone fence. Great one day installation by a two man crew. Two big thumbs up for Gulf to Bay Fencing!!!

Estimation on the money, work date set and kept. Removal of old fence and installation of new fence done in 1 day with just 2 hard workers.

These guys are just awesome! From the estimator to the installers and shop guy, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Their price was fair, they showed up on time, they were friendly and professional and my fence looks great! I have received many complements on the fence from my neighbors and friends! I highly recommend Gulf to Bay Fencing Inc to others.

Took a couple of phone calls to set a installation date, but once confirmed the installers showed up on time and completed the job in less then two days. Fence looks great. I was out of town during installation so i sent very specific instructions as a follow up to my original meeting with the salesperson. All instructions were followed.

Salesman was very professional. The only problem was when the installer arrived, he noticed the salesman neglected to include the entire back of our fence for some reason. This was a $1,300 difference, and the price was part of the decision making process. The original price was competitive. The installers were great. They got it done in 2 days.

If you are looking for a company that never returns your call this is it. After having the fence installed the storm it and a section of the fence pulled up 12 inches. After a number of calls they got back to me with an estimate of $300 to reset it. I ended up doing it myself to find out that the cement they used only covered less than a half of the post. I recently had a latch fail and its been two weeks now with no return call. Most of the calls into this company go into a V.M. saying they will return your call... they will not.

From the estimate to installation, everything was first class. We were told at the estimate that it would be app 4 weeks until installation. It was almost 4 weeks to the day. There was some confusion on my part about the actual day due to other work we were doing on another house, but everything was handled without a problem and a new date was selected quickly. Charles and Michael showed up on time, went through the process with us and started working. It was beastly hot, but Charles and Michael worked through the heat and finished the job in about4 hours.Everything looks great

Professional work with courteous sales and installation personnel. Only negative was we had to wait 3 weeks to get the fence put up beause of the back-log of work.

They worked on the weekend to get our fence done since it rained on Friday. Excellent work ethic and great work done.
