Gulf Western Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc., was founded in Naples, Florida, in 1999 by Joseph K. Lamb, Jr. It is during this time that he sensed a need in the fast-growing Southwest Florida area for a contractor who was both familiar with high-quality roofing work and based in the local area. Since 1999, we have stood above other Florida roofing companies due to our skilled workmanship, fair business practices, superior customer service and professional project management. From repairs and re-roofs to new roof construction, we’ve got the experience, knowledge, and results customers can rely on for their residential or commercial roof. It took 6 months for them to finish the job. Failed 8 inspections and have still not done everything they promised. They are so busy they are using sub-contractors that don't know what they are doing.

Metal Roofing Repair
I had a new metal roof installed and needed to mount a large cupola with a custom Weathervane on it. It was very important that the roof was not punctured so as to compromise its water tight integrity. Gulf Western did an amazing job. Very happy and would certainly call on them again.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
After the work was completed, the workers left without a word. I really did not know if they had finished the repair nor whether the problem was solved. I called the office and was advised that all work had been completed and received some helpful details about the repair. Fortunately, despite the initial lack of communication, it appears that the company did a good job.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Jimmy Webb visits the house and inspects your roof and explains why it is leaking and how he found the location, the type of work required and answers your questions about the work. An estimate was available that evening and was reasonable compared to another higher estimate. The roofers arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I received pictures of the leaking area and the work to correct. Kelley at the office is responsive to your questions and Braulio made sure the receipt was forwarded promptly.

Natural Slate Roofing Repair
This was an extraordinary experience. Jimmy, the employee they sent, performed a complete inspection. He took a camera to show me that water was coming from a pipe that had been installed in the crawl space. The air conditioner needed a sealing around the pipe. He said that the AC company should have seen this. Wood was rotting, and area was wet. He charged me nothing and gave me correct advice. He also was very kind.
