The original estimate was off because of inaccurate measurement, but when I brought it to the attention of Dave, he did not offer a revised estimate. To get the job done quickly, I chose not to pursue the issue. Then I got surprised by a last minute request for a partial cash payment.

I had the attic door in my garage widened, adding a ladder, insulation, and plywood to the attic. The team did an excellent job with this project. The materials they used are good quality and the project is well built. In addition, they did a nice job of cleaning up after. I will definately use them again for other projects.
