Even though we had agreed on specific things done, like the French drain on side of the house to handle water saturation, he did not install it. Did everything out of sequence, which caused damage to sprinklers and drain pipes. Used 30 feet of my four-year-old sun-beaten drain pipe at one location, and he said he installed 150 of the new drain. The grading was not done as agreed, and the sprinkler location does not have good coverage and is crooked as hell, looks like a 12-year-old kid installed them. I think they are crooked because he did everything out of sequence, should have done grading 1st, which would have taken out all the old grass, then sprinklers, then drainage. And sod last of course. He pretty much did the job how he wanted and now would not call back or correct his work. Avoid this guy.

The Best price for free removal but details about what we discussed were not followed through on such as some root removal and some additional brush removal. Also, quote was not cash only basis but had I paid with credit there were professing fees. Very nice people but get everything you want done in writing in detail as they are very busy. I would hire again.
