Had Darren install a new unit and duct work in my house about a year ago. I am now about to call him to get a annual service done and wanted to post about my service and experience with Darren and his team. I had a great experience Darren was very good and I felt confortable with him after getting 4 quotes. He is not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but I believe the quality of the work is by far worth the extra cost. Darren was good and he and his team member were very professional. Darren even took the time to walk me through the warranty process with the A/C manufacture to ensure all the paper work was correct in order to get the warranty. I would highly recommend Gulfside A/C for good quality work. They did my job in less than 2 days for a full replacement with ducts included and they even ran additional air outlets. I am about to call Darren to get my yearly service so again I would highly recommend these guys.

Me and my girlfriend are from Boston and recently bought a home built in 1960 in Clearwater. We gave Home Advisor a try and boy were we happier for it. Darren and Justin were both professional and excellent workers. We had our entire duct system replaced with a new system as well as rebuilding the return air box. Darren outbid 2 others not knowing what the other home advisor professionals had bid and offered more for the money since we had a UV light installed in our A/C to help control dust and mold. We could not be happier with these guys and their results. Darren had given me a date 1.5 weeks out from our initial discussion and was here as promised. We were very lucky to get these guys for the work we needed. Darren and Justin also cleaned up their mess which we appreciated. We highly recommend these gents to others who are looking for solid professionals at a reasonable price.

Quick response. Was able to fix my blower motor on the AC unit. Turns out the vents cause an imbalance in the system collapsing the duct work which they were also able to fix.

My air conditioning suddenly cut off on a Sunday morning. I called and Darren came out right away and fixed it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a straight shooter who I will use from now on without exception. I cannot recommend Gulf Side A/C highly enough.

Darren and his employee had to redo the duct work under my mobile home. He first came to my home for free and showed why I wasn't getting a good air flow to the front of my home. He gave me a quote and came 2 days later. Darren and his employee worked hard and quickly to resolve my problem. Due to the fact it was under the mobile home they had to dig down to allow the flex duct for the input and input to work efficiently. Darren kept me appraised every step of the way. I had more than an exceptional experience as they hustled so my charges would not be too high. I highly recommend this company. It is customer service the way it used to be. I would say he not only gets 5 stars but also 5 A+'s.

He was awesome except didn't really fix the problem but found temporary solution to keep us warm. First told us we needed freon, then it turned out to be something else. But good experience after all. Thank you.

Darren and his crew were courteous, timely, and efficient. They installed a new heat pump and full ductwork. He also provided a portable AC unit for our comfort during the process. I would highly recommend Darren and his crew to anyone.

$735.00 was high for less than one hour and a half labor and a none motor part.

They arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. they were very knowledgeable,courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

Darren came on the day I called which was important to us in light of my husband's medical condition. The repair necessitated a second visit the following day due to getting extra parts but prior to leaving on the first, he made sure the air was cooling. Darren made every effort to insure that I understood what he was doing and why. It was apparent to me, in my limited knowledge that he was knowledgeable and proficient in his work. I would definitely hire him again.

They were very prompt and came the same day within 2hrs. However they were there 15 min. and got it running, charged me only $50.00 but it quit working right after they left.

Darren the owner is knowledgable and competent. His response to our modifications during a renovation was awesome. He installed a new 4 ton and (2) mini-splits perfectly!
