4 Point Lawn Care, LLC

The service for the properties of my neighbor and I was transferred to this company at the end of May 2022, after years of exceptional service from Franks Plants and Produce of Boiling Springs, SC. George Brunson contacted us by phone to explain he would be providing the same exceptional service we had enjoyed from Franks. We paid $ 450 in advance for 5 weeks of service in June 2022. Week 1: Acceptable - apparently performed with George in attendance although edging was not performed completely. Week 2: My lawn was adequate, although without edging, but the grass was barely cut. My neighbors lawn was left with horizontal scalping because the lawn has a slope cut with a riding lawnmower driven horizontally. Both these issues were reported. Week 3: My lawn was not cut - because the lawnmower was set to at least 4 which is completely inadequate for a zoysia lawn. I approached the worker and was told this is how he was instructed (by George) and threw a fit when I said it makes no sense for me to pay for cutting the lawn when he was not touching the grass, except with the mower wheels. After speaking with George, he returned and completed the lawn, although still no edging around beds. 4th visit: Still completely inadequate service to either property. No service was performed on June 30th, although already paid, and no attempt was made to notify us. They did, however, apply lime/fertilizer to my neighbors yard, killing patches of grass due to heavy and uneven application. July 1st - I provided notice to George Brunson our services were canceled and asked the $90 we each had pre-paid be refunded. He acknowledged my request and stated he would mail these immediately after the 4th weekend. July 12th - repeat text to George reminding him of the refunds due, and now overdue. - no response. These guys are not only unprofessional but dishonest.

Prepaid in full but only did half of the work. Weeks later I still have piles of un-spread mulch. He says he will come by but does not show up. Very dissatisfied with 4 Point lawn Care and Home Advisor for recommending them.

George and his crew did everything Asked of them. They are polite ,and respectful. They will be taking care of my lawn for me in the future. They brought in 8 ton 's of screened top soil for our planters in the front yard, cleaned out the old and replaced with new soil and flowers. Thank you George and crew for an OUTSTANDING JOB. While there were some technical issues, (date, time confusion) He was very good about what I wanted and needed, very helpful and honest about what could be done and how and a great price. Estimate was so close to actual (and I added some things after so amazing) I was very happy and my neighbor complimented the result as well. I only wish could have enough money to have them maintain regularly! Sadly Social Security only goes so far!

George and crew did a GREAT job on the Spring cleanup of our front yard and pool area. We needed help getting a jump start on the season. They pruned bushes and trees, spread mulch, removed unwanted shrubs, hauled away yard debris and made everything look amazing! George stayed in constant contact with us from the moment we reached out to him for a quote until everything was completed. I would highly recommend 4 Point Lawncare for your yard needs. Be forewarned: After they start working on your yard, be prepared to want to add more and more things for them to do! Once we got over the mental barrier of not doing everything ourselves, we kept seeing more and more things we wanted them to do. George and his crew accommodated everything we requested and kept us updated with the price and schedule. We got several quotes for the work we wanted done and George had the best price by far and was the most responsive. It always costs more to hire things out than to do them yourself but if you are NOT looking forward to doing these things yourself anymore or maybe physically aren't able to, it is well worth the money to avail yourself of George's services. My husband loved having the extra time to work on things he wanted to do instead and he didn't have a sore back this year.
