Guns Ho was response to request for estimate and a fair price was quoted for 3 projects. He installed two new lights in garage, replaced outdoor faucet and replaced seal under toilet.

He is the first to call. I wouldn't recommend him. He did a analysis and charged me $ 60. insisted on cash. Then he said I need a part replaced. $ 140. insisted on cash. Washer still doesn't work. Now he says it needs a mother board part for $ 250. Why did I pay for the analysis ? Everything comes up after the fact. Doesn't call back when promised. Very nice guy. I would not recommend him.

"Mr D. was treated fair but didn't like the final outcome of the diagnostic. Advised him not to repair the unit but instead invest in a new one. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. He fail to mention that $160.00 included the $60.00 fee and the part that was broken to the naked eye. Not one time did Mr D expressed dissatisfaction."

Very courteous and professional, always on time, great communication throughout. Great work and value, very knowledgeable and thorough. Repaired three appliances, including a stove that two repairmen I previously called deemed unfixable due to needing a part that they could not acquire. Will definitely call him again if we have any future appliance or handyman needs.
