Gurule Construction, LLC

We first used Gurule Construction for a roof leak 2 years ago. They fixed the leak, and did maintenance Jacob said would give us another couple of years. Then, we used them to restucco our patio wall. Itâ s beautiful. So, this week, Gurule reroofed the house. , They tore out the old roofing (traditional tar and gravel job, 28 years old) down to the original insulation, and replaced with additional insulation, foam barrier, and TPO. Also replaced skylights and canalés. I feel Jacob was very fair with his pricing, tried to save me money where he could. His crew was very professional. One worker told me the company is requiring its workers to be vaccinated. So, I continue to be very pleased, and expect to use them again for re-stuccoing the house.

Jacob and his crew did a very professional job. The work site was cleaned up after the job. there were some nails that we had to collect but not a big deal. the estimate time of the job was 1 week but was completed in 4 1/2 days.

Hired Gurlue and his crew to come and work on a restaurant to turn it into a house, big mistake for how much money was spent was not worth the time and labor, not once did I see Gurule come and check on his crew, at one point he had about six guys or so working but only two were actually working while I do not know what the other did, one of his crew members put the flooring wrong so they had to do it again, our tub faucet and handle was not installed right either, nor did anyone tell us about the mold in the kitchen and mudroom area, which they just covered instead of killing the mold needless to say we had to hire another contractor who had to redo almost everything again, this project had has been going on for six, seven months now, and for what we have paid we did not get nearly enough money back to fix the mess they did (7%back), very very unhappy and would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!!

Jacob was great for a difficult flat roof repair in January!

First of all I found his ad on Home Advisor on a Sunday morning .I hit the button says connect to a contractor and he answered the phone Sunday morning about 9 a.m. coming back from hunting with his dad I was very impressed!! on a Sunday morning!!! in New Mexico !!!!I was floored. And then he showed up that afternoon just like he said he would gave me a rough estimate and we hired him right there. Very pleased with his work would recommend this gentleman to anybody who needs a new roof . the work was outstanding he returns phone calls and text!!!!! I only gave him 4 and 1/2 stars because well you know nobody's perfect

These guys are true professionals, were always on time, worked hard and did a beautiful job. The also did an incredible clean up afterwards, we were pleased and impressed.

Jacob Gurule was prompt courteous knowledgeable and under bid three others. He was able to start project ahead of schedule. I would recommend him for any roofing or stucco project.
