When the major beams holding up my 100 year old house finally collapsed, I had to find a general contractor to fix the problem. I vetted about four other different companies, but only one showed up with a pretty good idea of what was needed to rectify the problems. Well I picked a winner. That was Gustavo Lejano, Contracting. I chose this company because Mr Gustavo had the necessary package deal to get the job done right. He had knowledge of current industry codes, the diligence to show up on time, and the men that followed in the same qualities. The project was a six week project and I am supper pleased with the end result. The foundation of my house is fixed, stable and sound for years to come. The foundation is also now completely up to current industry codes and the value of the house has increased. It is very satisfying when one finds a nugget and Gustavo Lejano Contracting is a nugget I highly recommend.

Gustavo helped us find the right deck to replace our rotting deck, and completed the work quickly at a fair rate. His crew was always patient with my construction-obsessed kids. Our new deck is beautiful and we love it! This is the third project Gustavo has done on this property for us, and we are consistently happy with his work.

His crew kept the dust to a minimum and they cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. They made extensive use of cloths on the floor and a shop vac. His subcontractors were all first rate and just as neat as he was. I think his pricing is competitive. I liked his work on my basement so much that I had him replace all the doors and all the windows in my house. Everything was done flawlessly. I will hire him again and again. No need to look elsewhere.

Gustavo and his team did a phenomenal job on our remodel, which included two bathrooms, a full kitchen redesign and the removal of load-bearing walls. The work was exquisite, and attention to detail top-notch. Though smaller than some of the larger GC firms in the area, I felt that it just meant they paid extra special attention to our project.
