My situation was very specific and unique: my dog had gotten his head stuck in the concrete latticework-type covering to the crawl space on the outside of my house. This occurred just before 7 AM on a weekday, and I googled "brick masons." Mr. Gutierrez's name and phone number came among the first five contacts listed. After calling two numbers, and getting either a voice recorder or after-hours service, I called Mr. Gutierrez, and he answered on the first try. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. I explained the situation and he came to my home immediately. With his expertise, using just a hammer, he was able to break a off a few pieces of the cover and free my dog without causing him any pain. I greatly appreciate his excellent customer service--especially so early in the morning and refusing payment--his professionalism and care for my pet. Thanks, Mr. Gutierrez!

Ramon was responsive & very friendly. I needed to replace a neighbor's brick enclosed mailbox because my grandson ran into it. The negotiated price was reasonable. And the workmanship was excellent. Ramon built a beautiful mailbox with double planters. My neighbor is very pleased.

Its not what I expected. The quality of the work wasn't really that good. Overall I am disappointed in the work. I told him that he did not have to take the job If he felt like he didn't agree with my price. I had paid less for more in the past. He asked me what I expected to pay.I told him. He agreed.
