Tidy lawn services llc and snow removal - Trang ch Facebook

We had an excellent experience. Our yard has never looked better! They were professional, hard working and responded promptly. We discussed our project and tight time frame and they were able to accommodate us. Their work exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier!

Called their phone number May 10th, was asked to text them the home address. Received a quote on May 12th for mowing once per week, which I agreed to. Asked them how to pay and when they would be able to start, no response. 5 days later I asked again, no response. Finally responded after an additional text that they would be out the following day, May 19th. It rained, so understandably they could not come out, but they never reached out with a reschedule date. I reached out again five days later asking when they would be out. They said they would be out that day (May 22nd). They did, and did a nice job. I text again to thank them, and ask 1) how to remit payment, and 2) how the weekly schedule works. No response. Another text a few days later, no response. It is now going on 12 days since they initially mowed, this was supposed to be once per week service. Finally have had enough of the lack of response. Called and tested them on June 3rd to cancel service, and found another company to work with. Did they do a good job? The one time they mowed, yes; however the incredibly poor communication is not work the effort. I found another company that I am sure will do just a good a job mowing our yard with less communication hassle.

Great bunch for your yard and garden needs. Had them do mulch this spring and the yard looks great. It's great not having to think about doing this myself. All the crew are great and very polite. Glad I found them!

Crew was professional and came in the time frame I requested. They cut the grass weekly. If they could not cut the grass because it rained and the ground was too soft and mushy, they came back as soon as they could. They can have my customer loyalty when they are this dependable!

Tidy Lawn Service is true to its name! After five separate services I am astonished at how thorough, professional, polite, talented and, yes, how tidy the services are. I believe the owner of this company is Jose. I ve never seen anyone work so hard. He will work in the dark, not that I would expect that. He even spontaneously put the wheels back on my lawnmower because I couldn t tighten the bolts enough. His staff is also awesome. The services are also very affordable.

did a great job

Responses to requests and shows up and does the work. Good service.

Poor communication.

Job well done! Fast great service!

He did a great job with the spring cleanup and has just started our lawn care. Friendly and punctual. So far I am very pleased and would highly recommend!

They called me when other companies wouldn’t return my emails or phone calls. Very easy to work with.

I had struggled for years with wild rhubarb and another invasive species. Jose and his crew removed them completely. The triple yard was full of weeds and weed trees. They are all cleared out now. I am thrilled!

Awesome work, worked after hours and in the rain, I will hire him again.

Excellent, timely, and courteous service!

We hired Jose to cut our lawn for us weekly....he has done it for two weeks now, and so far so good.

Jose and his helper were excellant. They made my front yard look wonderful again. Actually went above and beyond what i asked. I will definitely hire them again.

Very good work. Goes over and above what is required.

Jose has been a huge help! Easy to coordinate with and gets the job done well.

Best landscaping service I’ve ever had. Very polite gentleman. Would hire him again.

They cleaned up my flower beds and put in mulch, it looks great. My house looks so much better. I would hire them again and recommend them.

Jose did a great job. Yard looks great. He did more work than I expected and all at the price he quoted. I am very happy with his work.

Jose is an extremely hard worker. He goes above and beyond to do a good job and get it done right. I highly recommend Gutierrez Lawn Care Service!
