For 20 years we have installed proven gutter protection on thousands of homes in the Kansas City Greater Metropolitan area. I wanted to write a review due to the disappointment we have had with this company. We were able to get the gutters installed in a timely manner but there was a huge hiccup when we had to get our roof replaced due to a storm that occurred. We let the company know when the roofing company was going to come so we would be able to keep our warranty. When the roofing company came, Gutters Cover still had not arrived to our home to removed our leaf covers to reduce any damage. After the roof was completed we have called multiple times to let them know when the roofing project had been completed. They gave us the estimate that it would take four weeks to get back to our home to install the gutter covers back. It has now been 6 weeks with no scheduled appointment. Our gutters are now filled with leaves and winter is approaching. Again, the product is good but the follow through is very much lacking. I wouldnâ  t recommend if you want timely customer service. -Bethany Anderson

"We are very sorry that we have not met your expectations with reinstalling your Advantage Gutter Guard system after replacement of your storm-damaged roof. Our notes stated that Isaak called us on 10/17 letting us know that the roof was completed and ready for us to install the gutter guard. It was also noted that installation needed to be done by 11/08. You also wanted a week?s notice for installation. Your installation was scheduled for 11/08 however we did not call you Friday 11/1 to give you a weeks notice and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured, we always clean out gutters and downspouts before starting any installation. We?ll make sure your gutter system is completely free of debris before reinstalling your gutter guard. We will reach out Monday to confirm your installation."

I normally don't take time to write a review but Gutter Cover is the exception. Their product and service is outstanding. The office staff on the phone, the sales guy and even the installation guys were all excellent to deal with. Even if you don't need gutter cover, you oughta met these folks.

Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
I hired them to put up gutters and gutter covers. When I came home, all I had was new gutters, my gutters that were removed were just fine according to the estimator, but somehow they came, removed my gutters, put new gutters up and considered it completed. I told them I wasn't happy at all and I expected to have gutter covers, and all I got was new gutters. I insisted on having the gutter guards put on, but they would charge even more to do that work. I complained bitterly, and of course, there management was of little help or caring, and I was stuck with new gutters I didn't need, still need covers, that I thought I purchased, and as far as trying to reach a fair resolution between the two parties. Forget about it. Take your business elsewhere.

I had my gutter covers installed September 2021. I. I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to make sure they performed satisfactory. Paul was the salesman I worked with. he was very informative and professional. I had lots of questions and he did a great job of answering train all of them. Throughout the fall the covers kept all the leaves out of the gutters. they performed as advertised during heavy downpours. The only negative I have noticed is the covers form icicles under certain conditions in the Winter time and they make the driveway and walk away underneath slick. All in all I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. it's a quality product and the people are very friendly and professional.

Gutter Cover KC is an exceptional company. The estimator came down from Kansas City to Springdale, Arkansas in a timely and professional manner. He provided a good estimate, along with answers to all my questions, and even models of the product so you can see exactly the products provided. The three installers also came down from KC in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and quick in everything they did. They answered my questions, and treated me courteously. The job went very smoothly, and they treated my property with respect, not harming the house, flower beds, shrubs, guttering, etc. They have quite team up there in KC, and I feel theyâ d do very well in our area. I highly recommend Gutter Cover KC, and will do so to my friends. Thank you Debbie for making it all happen!

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
I have used this company a couple of times. The first time they replaced the gutters and covers for a house painting. This time it was for storm damage. Every time I have used them the people I have dealt with were professional and courteous. They always kept me informed as to the status of the project.

Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
We purchased the gutter covers a year ago. Some of our gutters had to be replaced and others just covered. The company did the job perfectly. No more water overflowing the gutters and puddling. No more trying to decide how to get on a ladder and clean them out. At the one year anniversary they were kind enough to come out and inspect their work. Everything is fine!

I lot of people tried to talk us out of getting these gutter covers, but with the very messy trees surrounding our home, they have been a life saver! Our gutters used to constantly gets clogged before we added these, causing ALL kinds of water damage. Now that the gutters stay clear, I think we finally fixed our problem!

Installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They worked in really cold, wet conditions. I am more impressed by the service after purchase and installation. I thought I was having a problem and they sent a tech to look. He was quite helpful and informative. Then, on our one year anniversary, they sent another tech to recheck everything. He also showed up on time, was professional and informative. We had the covers installed because we were tired of finding someone to adequately clean the gutters on a regular basis. We live in a neighborhood with many mature trees...so lots of leaves and debris. As far as value for the money, we contacted the company because of friends high recommendations.

I first used Gutter Cover of KC in 2008 to install gutter covers on our home. They were able to install them on everything but our patio cover as it had an oddly designed and non-conforming gutter. The gutter covers have performed perfectly but we continued to have ongoing issues with clogging in the patio cover gutter. We recently replaced our patio cover and asked Gutter Cover to install a conforming gutter and downspouts along with gutter cover on the new patio cover. Now we are enjoying the same non-clogging gutter on our patio.....Thank you Gutter Cover of Kansas City. The work was performed professionally and ahead of anticipated scheduling!

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
When I got a new metal roof last year, I thought I could go without gutters or if need be, put them on later myself. I was wrong and had Paul Leone with Gutter Covers of KC give me an estimate. Could not be happier working with him and the job his crew did. He colored matched my roof perfectly and the seamless guttering on the back runs a good 60â ; looks flawless! Of the companies recommeded by Home Advisors Gutter Cover of Kansas City had the best follow through before and after I signed a contract, was the most straight forward and price competitive. Doug Stacye was the representative for my area and he and the installation crew were great to work with. While job was in progress I had two downspout changes I wanted and they were 100% on board for making the changes to meet my home needs. Absolutely would recommend Gutter Cover of Kansas City.
