Gutter Doctor is a professional gutter cleaning company with over 33 years of experience. Most of our employees have been with us for over ten years. We are a family owned 3rd generation company. We have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, awards from Home Advisor and Angies list. We are licensed and insured with insurance limits over excess of one million dollars to protect the home owner and our employees. We charge a reasonable price and do an excellent job with upfront pricing no hidden chargers. There are a lot of companies out there that are handy men, painters, landscapers, guys with a ladder etc., these are not trained professionals in gutter cleaning. Do not use this company! We had a terrible experience getting a section of gutter replaced on our home. We were given an estimate in December of 2020, and then winter came, so we decided to wait until all the snow cleared in the spring to move forward. When I called Wayne (the boss) in March to let him know we'd like to move forward with the job, he didn't call me back. I called on and off for months, until he finally answered the phone one day in May! We still went back and forth several times about the estimate, and I kept having to nag him via text message to get back to me. Finally, he told me our job was put on the schedule in mid-June. No one from the office ever called to tell me when the crew was coming, and they just showed up one day to complete the repair while we were away on vacation. Whatever debris they found in the gutter was just left strewn all over our patio. I would never recommend that anyone use this unprofessional company!

The service was performed promptly (about 24 hrs after scheduling the appt), the crew was courteous and professional. There was a small amount of debris created during the service that was not completely cleaned up before the crew departed.

Showed up on time to assess the work needed. Explained everything in detail with regard to work need to fix water entering the basement. Initially said they could not do anything for about ten days which was a concern as we were headed out of town. Surprisingly showed up a couple of days later and took caare of everything in really good time. By pure chance an hour or so after the work was complete we had a major downpour, as we did two days later also. Basement dry! Water re-routed away from foundations. Good work guys.

They could not give me the date or time thus precluding use of water to test downspouts. I came home while work was in progress. There had been no call. I asked them not to throw the blobs of debris and twigs on my plants and was told they know what they are doing and had been doing so for 35 years and cannot hand pick the debris.(they were blowing out the gutters). Some twigs and blobs fell on delicate ferns. I was told they were not allowed by law to use plastic bags on the roof . When I said I doubt that I was told, " You wanna bet? I'll do the work for free." While hooking up the hose I heard the comment, "Jesus." I was not happy with the challenging attitude. Although they missed a few heavy blobs on the plants, they did clean up the area.

"The job was completed as per work scope. The home owner received a follow up call the next day to confirm the work was to his satisfaction. Two days later, he contacted the office saying his downspout was disconnected and screaming profanities to the office help. We offered twice to come out and review the problem, and if the damage was caused by us we would correct it. He continued to scream and curse on the phone. We treat all our customers with respect and we expect the same from them. This gentlemen is be completely unreasonable and was not charged for his gutter cleaning. Sincerely, Gutter Doctor"

Company did quality work. Would hire them again. The only issue (not a biggie) was that they didn't give me a date or time, just said someone would be in touch in a couple of days. They showed up without calling on a Saturday morning and I was not home. Scared my wife when she heard people banging on roof.

Gutter Doctors said they would clean gutters and then rinse out. They left a lot of debris whirlybirds on the lawn and deck that I had to clean up

But we do a few hundred gutter cleanings per week, and our men are very good at cleaning up and doing a thorough gutter cleaning.
