Entirely pleasant experience. Excellent, quality job. Woody, the owner, goes the extra yard to assure you are completely satisfied with the work done. When I had what I thought was a minor issue after the gutters were installed, Woody did not keep me waiting, or stall, but came right back out himself, identified the problem, which as it turned out was not related to the gutters, and rectified the problem for me. Additionally, Gutter Doctors cost was substantially lower than 2 other estimates I had obtained. The rating for this company should be 5 plus. K.K.

On Wednesday night I pulled up Home Advisor and requested references. Thursday morning Woody was at my house giving me a quote. It was so much lower than I had anticipated he got the bid right then and there. He also never tried to pressure or up sale me. Friday morning a very professional crew arrived and did the job without any hesitation. Buy lunchtime they were done. I could not be more satisfied.

It’s rare to enjoy spending money on your home when you have an issue, but the owner, Woody, made this experience simply amazing for us young homeowners. First, he shot me a text to check on my availability, showed up on time, and took 20 minutes to put together a total cost estimate (no hidden fees or charges). Being savvy like I am, I decided to have another company come out to compare prices, and that was an awful experience of having to watch a used car salesman show up and spend 1.5 hours and still never get a price out of him because he sensed “he didn’t have my undivided attention”. Garbage. I immediately texted Woody, scheduled my install, and watched as Roberto and his crew meticulously installed our new gutter system, that cost a fraction of the other guys. They were clean, quick, and precise. Professional from start to finish, with the care of a mom and pop shop that was only interested in making by sure we got exactly what we wanted. Best decision I’ve made.

Marty Woody provided a professional appraisal of the project and an great price for the removal and replacement of my gutters, downspouts, and wood repairs. The crew arrived on time and quickly began removing the old materials and prepared to install the new gutters. The worker responsible for the carpentry work was exceptional and completed the repairs to my specifications. The work was quick and they provided a recommendation but asked for my input on connecting one downspout to a damaged underground water dispersal system. They could have just connected the downspouts to the clogged system and I would have been dealing with wood rot once again. Their honesty and work ethic was impressive. I am planning to contact Marty and his crew again in the future to add gutter guards.
