About us
Gutter Duck is proud to offer our customers Professional Gutter Cleaning, Both 5 and 6 inch aluminum seamless gutter installation and we offer the best gutter guards on the market! GutterGlove Pro and Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards keep leaves, pine needles and roof grit out of your gutter while providing maximum water flow through your gutter. Both are constructed of a heavy duty aluminum frame with a surgical grade stainless steel mesh with holes the size of 50 microns. Unlike some of the other micro mesh screens that are much smaller holes and more of a metal cloth, these guards will not only keep out leaves and nuts, but also pine needles and even shingle grit and not clog underneath the filter like the competition does. We also offer a no pressure written estimate that is valid for 10 full days. Here is a quick video of what you can expect from Gutter Duck during your appointment. >> http://bit.ly/GutterEstimate We hope to earn your business.

"We are sorry you feel you were not handled fairly by our company. We do take great pride in offering our customers a 5 star experience as seen in hundreds of our reviews. Mr. Molleston, most people do not take the time to write reviews if they are satisfied, but they do very quickly write reviews if they are not satisfied. We have hundreds of happy customers that took the time to rate us with 5 stars and write about their positive experience. We have only had a very small handful of less than perfect reviews from the hundreds of customers we served. My hope is that anyone that reads your story will realize there is a lot more to it than you have told. With all do respect, I would at least like for anyone reading this to understand a few facts that you conveniently left out of your story. 1) You had a very hard time finding a gutter company that would do this small job for you. 2) Your concrete was already cracked and caving in when we arrived to do this job. The photos that you posted in this review make it look as if we crushed your whole pad. When in fact, if you go to Google and look up your address, the Google car drove by your home in June of 2019 and took photos. In those photos you can clearly see the pad is cracked and caving in. Additionally, for a really good photo, you can reference the Zillow listing and Realtor listings on Google and you will see in 2019 the professional photos taken of the front of your home, shows a severely cracked and caving in pad. 3) My technician advised you that it would likely crack some more from the weight of the cherry picker, but you advised my technician you were not concerned with it cracking more, because you knew it was hollow and that it was already seriously damaged and you had planned to replace it with a much more expensive upgraded aggregate concrete in the near future so it would match your connecting sidewalk. 5) After the work was completed, and your gutter problems were solved, you then refused to pay your balance due and started demanding that we replace the concrete. Even though you had asked us to just drive over it anyways and you were not concerned if it cracked more. 6) Reluctantly, we offered to pay for half of replacing the much less expensive concrete that you had since it was already broken, but we offered that only to provide you with excellent customer service, since you had told us to go ahead and drive over it to make your repairs because you were not worried about it. 7) This was not acceptable to you, you wanted us to pay for upgraded, 6 times more expensive, aggregate concrete instead of what you had. So basically you had a 1999 Nissan Altima that was all dented up and wanted it replaced with a brand new Mercedes Benz. 8) We repeatedly explained to you that we would not be willing to do that, but we would be willing to find someone to come do the replacement of the concrete you currently have or a standard slab and we would half the cost with you. We called and spoke to multiple concrete companies on your behalf and could not find anyone that was willing to come do such a small concrete job. Everyone is buried in work right now and booked out for months. 9) You became impatient and then sent us a letter demanding the replacement with aggregate concrete immediately or you were going to sue us in small claims court and you were going to go to multiple review sites and slam us. 10) At that point, after consulting with our attorney, I did advise you that you were trying to extort us and our attorney advised us to stop communication with you. Threatening us financially and to ruin our reputation if we do not pay you for something you never had to begin with, is extortion sir! So again, I am truly saddened that it got to this point and you felt the need to slander us on review sites, but we feel that we truly did everything we could within reason and beyond to make you happy. We wish you we"
