Guy shows up with pants down to his knee looking down at his phone with no greeting at front door. Supposedly Cleaned chimney in half hour then proceeded to leave with a huge mess on the floor that took another hour to clean up after him. Have used other services before and they always leave the place clean and professional. Stay away from these people - they should be out of business.

Tech was ate to appointment , even though I stated clearly when making appointment that I would not be able to make the appointment at the time the tech showed up. The office said he was on his way at the scheduled time and the tech told me, he was not told i was to be his first stop. So, no one took responsibility for the 2_ hour late start. Received a quote then once job was almost done, tech stated more needed to be done and it would be an additional charge. I had to leave for my appointment without my husband and drive over an hour alone because of this. Dropped and left ash on patio outside without cleaning up. Yes, my Chimney is cleaned, and the process was frustrating and nerve wracking.

Service guys did a fantastic job replacing all flexible ductwork and cleaning. We had a small issue with insulation and they came out the next morning to repair. They stand by the work and are friendly and responsive.

They were fast, efficient and cleaned up their mess. They didn't try to upscale me beyond a quote for future problems.

We just moved to Portland TN, we wanted a electric gas Fireplace put in. We went with Service Guys llc. Zee was honest and upfront about our options. He was efficient, reliable and hardworking. Thank you Zee for our beautiful fireplace. We love it!
