The men came out, did a good job, and left without receiving payment for their work. I have been trying ever since to find out where to mail my payment, without any success.. I have asked Gutter Guard, Angi, and others without response from any. I would love to pay for the work done. All help is appreciated.

Gutter Guards America, LLC did gutter and cover install. Everything from meeting with Charles to get a quote to the end of installation was great. The work was done as scheduled. I also had quotes from 3 other companies and Gutter Guards America was by far the best. Thanks for a great experience.

Buyer beware! On the front end, while requesting the estimate and presentation; very professional. Once the contract was signed, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They cleaned my old gutters right into my flower beds. The new gutters look like they just pieced together what they had laying around. The guards are caved in at some places, while other places have lifted the shingles off the roof! The down spouts were made to fit the gutters and look like crap. One of the downspouts is dented. There are sharp edges where they were cut showing. I had offers that were half the price from their competitors, but went with Gutter Guard name. Even if I had their competitors pricing, I'd still be furious. I have called corporate and the local offices...NOTHING! I get told they'll get right on it, STILL WAITING. Next step for me is the BBB and a lawyer.

Thank you for meeting with our local production manager to assess your project and speak with you. From that meeting, we were able to identify the customer areas of concern. Our production manager is working with the customer to schedule a date to return to the customer home to make all identified adjustments as discussed and agreed to during the visit with the customer. That is tentatively scheduled for this coming Wednesday, April 5.

The gutter guards do not work with heavy rain, the water bounces off and goes down into the ground and it is causing my basement wall to run water. I had to remove the gutter guards because the basement wall and the floor were getting water. I called the supervisor and told him, now he will not accept my calls.

Gutter Guards America was very professional. Starting with the salesman (Brian W) by coming to our house in Denver, NC. He gave us an accurate estimate to fix our gutter situation. No pressure, not like the other 2 companies we had here who's pressure was in signing the contact that day. We told them over and over again we need quotes to help us in making a major discision and investment for the house. These 2 companies were a major nightmare trying to get them to leave (timeshare experience). Brian on the other hand gave us a peace of mind to talk about it and decided to go with Gutter Guards America because of their high ethics beliefs. The installers did an excellent job. They were here less time than the 2 salesman that were trying to forcing us to signing contacts on the spot. The new gutters were made seamless in our driveway to fit perfect. You cannot see the covers that will keep leaves and junk out of the gutters. The installers worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything. They didn't even throw screws on the property. The old gutters were hauled away and Brian said they do take them for recycling which makes us happy. We researched many types of covers online as well as having three of the top rated Name Brand companies come to give us price quotes. For us Gutter Guards America was the only solution to our problem. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
