This was the very first time we received an email from you, and I responded the same day, and then I followed up that email with a phone call which was received by your voicemail on Friday, July 20th, 2018, and then again I reached out to you by phone on Saturday Morning July 21st, 2018. As I indicated, I look forward to taking care of this once I return from out of town due to an Emergency. Once again, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to service your guttering needs.
