Gutter Helmet

Replaced gutters and added "helmets." James, Carlos and Shaun arrived.at about 11 am and left about 2:30 pm. They weren't rude but they "didn't seem to have time to "give us the time of day." The finished product "looks" great, however, we are extremely concerned about the quality of the workmanship given how they worked so fast - as if "how they did the job" maybe didn't matter. Obviously the reason for the replacement was to improve performance, especially in a heavy rain. Of course, we won't know until we have several heavy rains. We hope they'll hold up well over time. They said they would check to make sure the downspouts were not plugged up but to our knowledge, they didn't take time to do it.

Very efficient! They cleaned and applied a gutter helmet without us needing to be home. When we returned, we noticed the work was done to our expectations. This is our second installment with them, and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I've used Gutter Helmet before and it's the best system. With all the rain in prior years coupled with damage caused by another roofing contractor, I needed replacements. Lednor came out promptly to assess and I had my new gutters installed within 2 weeks. Highly recommend the company for fast, friendly and competent service!

Dante Jackson, the sales person was right on it. The 3 installers were polite, professional and wasted no time doing the installation and took a way the old ones. The gutters seem to be working so far with my Gutter Helmet which I have had a long time. The gutters and down spouts were pricy, but I can call Gutter Helmet if there's a problem! Dante Jackson is an excellent representative, and very customer oriented so I always listen to Dante. Thanks to him, I stick with Gutter Helmet!

It has been our pleasure to work with Chris Lenart of Lednor Home Solutions as we replace our roof. He is a wealth of information regarding the roofing materials, process of roof installation, and coordinating our roof replacement with the Gutter Helmet. He thoroughly explained the Total Protection Roofing system, the improved ridge vent and the weatherlock mat self-sealing waterproofing barrier. Chris is affable, and, has been very responsive to any questions, concerns we have had. We appreciate that he frequently updates us. Chris Lenart is an asset to the company.

the Pro could not get me an invoice. Their software system provided me an invoice that could not be opened by Acrobat, Preview, nor winmail. They could not send the invoice to the correct address nor when that error was corrected, the invoice never arrived at the correct location. I was forced to pay credit card which, I did not want to do as I had set the money aside for a cash flow management in a fixed income household.

very professional staff completed installation on schedule. product works well. Received service when ever needed to address any debris in gutter, as small birds like the product as well., but the service staff remedies the situation whenever required.

As a home owner i have two huge pine trees in the back of my house and every year the gutters get clogged and my house is to tall for me to clean them and it was getting very expensive to hire someone. I went to a home fair and seen Lednor Home Solutions and talked to the representative about gutter helmet and set up a appointment and they came out and did the inspection and we talked about a price and chose the color and style and in a few weeks they came out and installed the gutter helmet and i didnt have to be home when the install was done. One of the things that i love about the gutter helmet is that it comes with a lifetime guarantee and the guarantee transfers to a new home owner if i sell my home. Let this be a warning for those of you who may be considering Gutter Helmet for their home. Yes, it's a nice product and yes, it comes with a lifetime warranty; HOWEVER, should there be any reason that they need to come out to your home, they will charge a $50.00 travel fee. WHAT?!?!? Oh, yeah. This is something new the company has put in place since COVID. I have Gutter Helmet on my home. A bird has built a nest inside the gutter, under the gutter guard, at the right downspout. I called Gutter Helmet to send someone out to clear the nest, per the warranty. "Sure," they said, "but we'll have to charge you a $50.00 travel fee to get the technician out there." I told her that was not part of my service contract and that is it inconceivable that I'm expected to pay a travel fee for a technician to come out here to fix a problem covered under their warranty. She said that this is something new that's been implemented since COVID. That makes it even worse!! So, I highly recommend going with any company other than Gutter Helmet because they'll change the rules as you go along in their favor, not ours.
