They measured my house, and then didn't do a whole section of the house. I even helped hold the measuring tape, and they told me he didn't measure that part of the house which is where I actually helped him. They said they would come back and add that section but for additional$500 , after I already got word and paid for it all to get done. They never finished the job and refused to comeback unless I paid them more.

Left previous review. Vice president Bill C crew just left. Did not want to do anything to fix botched up job from 2019 I kicked the gutter that was installed across the walkway. Yup they installed a down spout gutter across a walkway. Wish I could send pic. They did not like my attitude Waited 1 1/2 year to have a job fixed that cost me $14,000. And they do not like MY attitude. Wow. We will see you in court boys And I will figure out how to attach pictures and video to send out on social media. Reviews on your web site is just the beginning!!!!!

"I went out to Sharon Anderson house ROC01744 on 11/3/20 at 10:30 am with the crew to fix any and all of her concerns. The first thing she brought up was her contract said we would remove decorative scrolls under the soffit. I explained we would not move them and the contract was discounted from $12,285 to $11,900. She said she did not care she is trying to show me how this job was fucked up from the beginning. I let her know there was no need for cussing and we need to remain professional and I understand you are upset. She asked if I have seen the video she took and I said no. She then started complaining about why did you not see the video and started to locate it on her phone. She said I have to see the video when it is raining, the installer then mentioned there is snow on the roof which is melting and water is running out of the gutters now. She then became rude with the installer and asked how old he was and he did not know shit and don't try to tell her. I let her know again we need to remain calm and professional with each other. The installer said ma'am we are only here to try to fix your concerns. She became more upset and said just shut up. I let the installer know I will handle this, she then showed me a picture of a gap between the gutters as she said look at this shit. I said I know you are upset but let's stay professional. I asked if she could show me because I am not seeing it on the home and we have been out a couple of times to fix concerns you had. She could not show me the location. As we started walking around the home looking for this spot. She said her gutters are supposed to be touching the fascia boards. I started to explain she has slanted fascia and she has strapped gutters. The gutters can not be against the fascia she said she did not give a shit and they were to be against the fascia. I explained if she researched online she would see strapped do not sit tight on the fascia. She said she does not give a shit what is online and this is her house and that's the way it should be done. She is no very agitated and starts cussing as she is going up on her front porch. She then kicks the downspout and said look at this shit. I let her know we will be leaving because she is not being professional. She then started yelling and we got in our vehicles and left. Please remove Sharon Anderson from the service log as we will not do any service for her until she can remain professional. Bill Gross, Vice President Of Installations Gutter Logic LLC."

Gutter Logic is a middle man that tries to get you to spend $10,000 on gutter guards. Do not waste your time or money dealing with them. They moved my original install date once because other jobs took longer than expected. There was confusion about the new date, and even after that was settled they did not even show up on that date. They did not notify me ahead of time either. Apology after apology, 4 weeks after my original install date on the agreement, my gutters were installed by a third party. I paid a premium, I thought it was because I was dealing with a great company, but it was just because I was duped into using a middle man. The installer did great work, I wish I dealt directly with them.

I would not recommend Gutter Logic of Rochester/Buffalo. Had gutters installed in June 2020 and have had water leaking between the gutters and the house every time it rains. Sheets of water comes through, which then pools at the base of the house. Installation was obviously done poorly. I've been trying to get it fixed for two months and they don't return calls. Once they said that they would send someone out to take a look and they didn't show. Terrible service, I'm really unhappy that after paying thousands of dollars I'm left with this problem.

Gutter Logic is not a company you want to do business with. I would rate them zero stars. All the work is done through subcontractors so the customer never knows what their background is. My gutters were installed pointing in the wrong directions causing my basement to flood. The subcontractor left extensions that crossed in front of my gate to the back yard and across my driveway which obviously restricted my ability to use the gate and my driveway. John Ixxxx, the project manager refused to fix the problem and told me I had to buy flexible extensions. Within less than a year, two of the straps that hold the gutter on the roof have come off. I called twice and talked to the main office. I was told I would receive a return call but never did. I called again and was told he was sending John Ixxxx an email. I never received a call. Go local and do your research.

So far, this is a third (3rd) follow up from the previous two calls to Gutter Logic (salesman and office). As I stated to the salesman ALL Gutters are leaking in the seams and the tune-up to the gutter in front the house/and above stairs are letting more water than ever to pass down falling on the center of the steps. Due to the weather was put it on hold, hoping for a sunny day. Gutter Logic is pretty good to follow on the weather conditions, they depend on it. As time went by, Covid-19 put a damper on the follow-up, and I understood so. Moving forward. This is Now July 11, 2020 and no phone call to follow up or to schedule the repairs or even an update. The salesman has not even called to ask how did it go. And the voice message I left in the office machine has not been acknowledged And this is a Lifetime Warranty? I am looking for a follow-up and better yet a resolution to my already paid service.

I had this company install Gutters. I was charged extra for the downspouts and after they left, I noticed they did not complete the downspout, but just one small piece of it. I have been calling and leaving messages without a return call back. As of right now, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had the gutters, fascia and soffits replaced. They came to do the job 2 days after we got the estimate!(unreal) Worked the whole day, through rain and into darkness. Took lots of pictures so we didn't have to go out in the rain. Very professional installers and they did a great job. Found a couple of nails in the driveway, but no big deal. Very happy we went with their company.

I thought that they were very friendly and professional. I did, however, feel a little pressured to have them do the work. I am glad they did the work, but I would have liked to get a few estimates first. I don't like the car salesman tactics, just give me the best prices. I, do, feel that I got a good price for good work though after haggling.

They did a great job. My only constructive criticism would be that they spilled stuff from the old gutter on my house when they removed it and didn't clean it. It wasn't that bad but noticeable.

Rep explained system with visuals. After reviewing other national brand positives/negatives, this looked to be the best choice. Crew showed up as promised, and completed the job in just a few hours. Final review, prior to payment, included answering questions, viewing pictures of the work, and committing to the product. The manager indicated (20) years of experience, and urging all his employees to "do the job as if it's your boss's house". Added that, if he's called back to fix anything, he does it at his own cost. Very positive experience.
