All of this is pending their coming back to fix what they did incorrectly. They have not responded and it is coming up on a month ago that they did the work. They did almost everything incorrectly or not as specified. 1) They put too much slope in the gutters, so they dont tuck under the drip edge in parts. They didnâ t put any metal extensions ther, but...

Never showed up to do the job. never called to advise of delay or to reschedule. All communication was initiated by me. project manager Ron Champion never knew when his crew did not show up, nor did he call me back when I called after the 3rd scheduled date to find out where they were, 1 1/2hour after their start time. He said, ** I didnt think I needed to call you when he told me they were on their way**.This company is unreliable and uncommunicative. I can only imagine how my repair would have turned out. This is my 2nd failed referral from Homeadvisor, I dont think I will be using their services again either.

The salesman is either incompetent or dishonest. He quoted us a price WITH gutter covers. His entire presentation included covers. However, we did not get gutter covers, and efforts to resolve this have met with a runaround. I am told I have to talk to Tim, but Tim does not return our calls. The installers were good, the gutters are (I guess) OK, but customer service stinks.

Five days late. Several hours of waiting for a phone call regarding **how late** and charged for work not needed so not done. And no receipt was given for full payment and no lifetime transferable warranty or any other guarantee on product or service has been given to me. I can not seem to get any response from them regarding this issue.

They did not screw in the screws very well and my back gutters fell off the house and they are now ignoring my calls and have not repaired them I spent $1900 basically for 40 feet of gutters on the front of my house the back is now off.

The installers were not personable, never introduced themselves. They made changes as we requested. The work was Satisfactory. We have a leak in the elbow but the major water overflow problem has been rectified. We worked with Mike, the estimator, to come up with a solution. Not real sure about the elbow leak. May need a look.

There was confusion about when the work would actually start. The installation went fine except the workers moved things in my yard to allow them to access the roof and did not put things back where they belonged. Also, the installation crew was to remove all **scrap** materials and left a large box of junk hidden behind my garage and many nails lose in my driveway.

The salesman was very nice and professional. I opted to go with them even though they were a higher price because I thought it would be a more professional organization. The install went well but at the first hard rain I noticed water seeping behind the gutters and under the eves. I called the salesman who referred me to an 800 number. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. A week later I called back same thing 24 hours for call back. Week later same thing. I talked to a **VP** who had me on a conference call with a guy who was supposed to come out or have someone come out, they never did. Every time I call back they say they will do something but never end up doing anything. Overall the gutters look nice but I wish I new how to fix it myself so I could just get it done. For the price paid? I would not recommend it.

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
They were instructed to stop the leaking between the gutter and the eave because we get dripped on walking under the gutter. They put in anchors and tightened the screws, but it did not stop the water dripping. I called a couple times, I emailed, no response.
