Gutter Logic installed gutters quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy with the quality, finished product, and warranty. One area of disappointment was the financing. The sales representative offered an 18-month loan directly from Gutter Logic, but the financing was actually a new credit card opened in my name instead of an installment loan as stated. I recommend customers ensure they have the funds to pay in full and upfront, in order to avoid the surprise of an unwanted credit card.

They came to install very quickly and the installers did the job as requested. My husband was home before I was so one of our downspouts is cream instead of brown, but nothing we can't live with. So far it seems like having the gutters is improving certain areas that were being destroyed by rain without gutters. The representative was extremely nice. I have been referring them to others in our neighborhood!

I hired them to install gutters with a leaf guard on it But they did not. They said it was not part of the price. The leaf guard and price is the reason we went with them. They also told me that they do their own work but instead they sent a subcontractor to install the gutters. I DO NOT recommend using them You can get better quality and both the gutters and leaf guard for less money. Don't throw away your money.

They were quick to schedule our project; cleaned up after themselves; gutter looks really good and sturdy. They are a little expensive but if their product lasts as long as they claim, then should be ok.

Not the cheapest, but great quality, prompt installation.

They lack some customer service skills. They were 2 hours late the first day and ran out of the product due to wrong measurements. I had to call to see where they were to see when they would start. They had truck problems. A quick call to the customer, I would have avoided the customer, me being upset. Since they did not have enough product they stated they would come back Tuesday at 9 am, as Monday was the holiday. Tuesday I had to call several times as no one answered the phone or was in the office so I left a message. The 9 am appointment turned out to be almost 8 PM! I sent several text messages to the individual that came out to measure. Says he was in all-day meetings. I did call them back around lunchtime and spoke to someone and had received a text back from the individual that measured. I don t remember what the excuse was but again no communication from them stating there was going to be a delay. I will say it is a quality product. Haven t had any issues but then again it has not been a month since the install. Had I received timely communication on both days would have made a big difference in my rating. Other an apology both days I did not receive even an extra amount off for the inconvenience, especially since they were paid in full two days after the install.

I paid for wedges under gutter to keep it parallel to the ground but did not get them. Some parts of the gutter lean. I think they will be satisfactory but I paid for something that I didn't get

Because most people want to know price...duh 1900 sq ft house = $2,700 for just gutters. About double that to get their gutter dome product that helps prevent debris from getting into the gutter. Just like with most companies, their first offer is never their best deal. Negotiate
