Hired Gutter logic to install fascia, capping and gutters. The first crew that they sent out was absolutely horrible. Crushed our landscaping, did not clean up after themselves, made a mess of the white cap which had to be re-nailed and cleaned by the following crew who came out to do the gutters. (There were two separate subs for this job.) The guys that came out to do our gutters were great guys, worked well together and did a good job. We do, however, have an issue with the gutters and are not able to get any service from Gutter logic. We also have been told they would get us warranty info to which they have not. They insist its on the estimate or the receipt and its not. While Bill seems to be willing to help, his boss Mike is the complete opposite. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. I work in the construction industry and would NEVER recommend this company.

The people very nice putting up the cars

Matched the color of my house walls to the downspouts, matched the color of my pool cage downspouts as well and linked them. Provided a custom build and matched the color of our fascia, hiding the gutters, which are almost invisible unless you know what to look for.

Fast, efficient, and great communication

The gutters installed leak when it rains. Have called several times but they do not call back.

Fair price and good quality work.

We hired Gutter Logic of Tampa to install gutters on the front and back of the house to remedy flooding. The gutter installed on the front of the house is only draining to one downspout which has made the flooding worse. We have contacted gutter logic multiple times. There has been no response. Please, do yourself a favor and contract with someone else who will be more responsive to customer service after installation. Gutter Logic seems to just want to take the money and run.

I have called for a warranty repair over 16 times. Never a call in return. GUTTER LOGIC does NOT care about their lifetime warranty.

I needed to ask for a corrected contract many time, but still have not received it. Workers were not careful , removed the rain detector and left it . They did show up on time and did a good job.

We had a little scheduling issue to start, which we worked out. They came and installed at the end of may. To date I have made 5 calls since June because the seem where the gutters meet was not done properly and the gutters are separating and coming down from the house. They keep acknowledging my calls but nothing happens to fix the problem. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

Bill was great. He arrived on time for the estimate and made sure he covered everything that needed to happen. Guys got here to do the job on time and were professional.

Project has not started yet. Met with representative who explained the material being used and installation process. Very satisfied so far.

I could not get one gutter company from the Lakeland/Winter Haven area to do my gutters because I only needed one side to be done. Gutter Logic came and was finished within 90 minutes. Excellent work, Nice staff. Now I feel ready for this hurricane season.
