"Hi Joseph, I know that a week can seem like a long time to wait for service. However, that is quite typical in our industry, especially at this time as it is one of our busiest times of the year. Unfortunately, we would not be able to improve in this area and offer a more expedited service. We suggest a smaller company, or maybe even a handyman if you are looking for a faster turnaround time. Your service technician was Carlos, and is our most senior technician. And while he cannot remember knocking on your door upon arrival, he says that he is certain he did as it is part of his normal routine. We have never had this issue before with Carlos in all the years he has worked for us. However, if he did forget, we certainly do apologize! Carlos did convey that you were present while he cleaned your gutters, so we are happy to hear you were able to witness at least part of your service. In addition, we sent you pictures of all of the gutters after they were cleaned. This is standard with all of our services as we want our customers to feel confident that the work was done, and done right. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your service with us. Since it appears your concerns/issues are more policy driven than mistakes we may have made, we would suggest trying a different service provider next time around.
