Little pricey, but in the end, well worth it. Very good job given that the house is so long. They did leave some construction debris in the bushes, which I discover a few months later.

Professional job-installers were good, although initially they did not have the proper tools and broke a couple of old Spanish tiles-we had some, so, they did come back and replaced them-some delay getting this done, but satisfied with outcome. Good top management service. Prices were competitive except for the screens......Too expensive. Ben was a pleasure to deal with-very responsive.

Initial sales call was very positive. Little or no follow-up. We were very interested in upgrading with fountain drain pipe. Were told that we would receive pictures to look at. Didn't receive any additional information, just an "assumptive close" follow-up from salesman that, after we made our choice, he would THEN give us the cost. Installers were told precisely when we would be here to sign off on work, when I arrived, they were already breaking for lunch -- knowing that I would be leaving in 30 minutes, leaving at least an hour's worth of work to be done after I left. Brand new deck in front has 2 scratches from the installation.

Right now I am in the fourth week of this project. The crew comes sporadically, does some work, leaves, and has not completed the job. I was assured a clean property when the job was finished and the opposite has happened. I have had to move rubble and stones to make the property safe. I have had no communication about when drainage clean up would be complete. The gutter project finalization is pending as well, and there has been no further communication about that either. Were the project to be completed, the quality rating would at least go up.

Ben and his team were really good and provided great value and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install gutters. They are able to install gutters very quickly and dont force you to wait for a month or so which is the case with some Gutter companies.
