This guy name Jessie cleaned my lite wt tile roof and left all the moss all over yard and patios. He had to leave to go pick up his 4 boys. He did not tell me he was leaving. When I noticed him gone. I called several times and he did not answer. I left him 3-4 times and He did not answer. I was having an open house the very next day and he left my yard a huge mess so I had to have the guy that was working on my garage floor help me and I feel that the roofing co needs to reimburse himself.

Jesse was on time and he did a great job. He explained what we needed and what would be required in the future. I highly recommend Gutter Pro America.

Jesse came and assessed scope of work for my roof cleaning before placing a bid. Estimate was competitive. Agreed on start date and he was on time to start the job. When job was done he has cleaned after himself. Roof looks like new.

I am happy to report that Rooftop Cleaning LLC provided an excellent service in cleaning and repairing our roof-gutter system. The work was done quickly and expertly. We will be happy to call him again .

They showed up when they said they would on 1/7, however did not complete the job. They said they would be back last Wednesday to finish it up, and did not return. I placed a couple of calls into them, but have not heard back. I had them also clean my neighbors gutters and did not complete theirs either. I will need to hire another company if I do not hear from them soon.

Jesse was prompt and very professional. His bid was reasonable. Jesse and Anthony arrived as promised and proceeded to do an excellent and professional job. Anthony did most of the work as Jesse had to leave but Anthony was hard working . He cleaned up the mess . I would highly recommend Gotter Pro to everybody needing roof and gutter cleaning. Will use them for yearly maintenance.

I was totally expecting quotes to be in the $600 range because that was what another company had quoted me last year. We had to wait and make sure we could work this into the budget. When the quote came in for HALF of what I was expecting I hired them. To make matters even better, the worker Anthony Was at my door within 30 minutes and the job was done before dark. My roof is now clear of all moss. My gutters and gutter screens are clean and we are ready for winter. I can’t thank them enough!! Plus, my dog liked Anthony. Dogs don’t lie. Thanks again!

They arrived on the wrong schedule date. They had problems with their Square payment software. Scratched color on gutter edge off.

In August this company was named Roof Tech and was listed on Angie's list. They did roof cleaning, gutter repair, and window cleaning for us. The 2nd floor windows were not done properly because they didn't have tall enough ladders. The gutter they repaired still leaks. They had many opportunities to redo them or give us a partial refund. They scheduled a re-do and were a no call no show, then they stopped returning our calls or emails. It took a while to figure out they had a new name. We were dealing with Tina for scheduling. Very frustrating.

Anthony did a fantastic job! He washed down the roof and got rid of the moss, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and then cleaned up the debris that had come down. The quoted price was just what I paid so there were no surprises. I give them my highest recommendation!

I was told these folk were Roof Tec. So I was a bit confused to find out I actually hired Gutter Pro. They were pricey but I believe very worth it. No probs, very quick and really complete, thorough, nice job. Just very professional. I have a tiny house but the guy who did the work just so knew his job and went the extra mile. Tidied up...just everything was so great. Absolutely no pain (except for paying of course).
