The installers were very friendly

The crew showed up when expected and worked non-stop to get our job done. I was impressed with the number of workers that came and was pleased with the work they did. Also, Gutter Pro's pricing fit nicely into our budget. Good company.

They did a really good job, it's the 2nd time I have hired them. I was very happy with the work, it was done in a timely manner with a warranty.

Joe O'Neil is great salesman, the girls in office are wonderful. However the people that install their product is the worst ever.

Gutter Pro installed one side of my roof and my front porch and agreed to come back and do the other side of my house when roof was complete. I called them to complete the job and they refused unless I would agree to give them at least $2000 more work. I already already paid them over $2000 for what they completed. They lie, are extremely expensive, and their customer service is very poor. Don't do business with them!

Installers were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after the job was completed. The definitely knew what they were doing Gutters look great and stood up in a heavy rain soon after installed. Highly recommend them.

This is the Pro I hired and they did an outstanding job. They have great customer service. I will hire them if I replace my front gutters and I highly recommend them for gutter work. Great Company!

I had no complaints regarding installation of my gutters, but when I was scheduling to get them installed they called me one morning asking if they could come that day and I said no I was unavailable, so I suggested another day and they never confirmed it they just showed up that afternoon. Also; they put a big mud hole in my front yard with their trailer and left it without notifying me. Not a big deal to most but it jut rubbed me the wrong way.

Appears to have done the job correctly. It was a simple of ice downed gutters.

Top notch crew. Gutters and flashing look fantastic. I just wish it hadn't taken so long from the estimate date to when things were finally installed. Popular, I guess, because they are so good at what they do. Highly pleased.

Took a long time to get them here to do the work

They did not arrive to do the installation at the time I was given and so I had to miss more work than I had expected. The work was good. I like the look of the gutter guards and time will tell if they are a good value for my money. They are expensive.

The installer was late arriving to my home to install my gutter guards. I stayed home from work so that I could be at the house when they were supposed to arrive so I ended up being late getting to work. However, I like the appearance of the gutter guards that we installed and the installation was well done. These guards are expensive and time will tell if they are a good value or not. I tried the "water fall" type guards and they worked well for a few years but I have oak trees that drop trash and eventually the slots in the "water fall" guards plugged off and the are difficult to clean out. The Gutter Pro guard design looks like they will last much longer and do a better job for my house.

SALESMAN, PAUL WAS VERY EXPERIENCED. HE KEEPS YOU INFORMED AND WANTS TO GET YOUR WORK SCHEDULED FAST. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH ME. THE 4 MEN THAT CAME TO INSTALL GUTTERS, WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER. THEY DID NOT STOP FOR A BREAK.
