I hired him to install gutter to pull water away from garage, My issue is the pitch is draining the wrong way and the water just stays in the gutter and does not drain, I had to fix the end cap myself. I have attempted to have him come back and fix, I had appointments that he no showed no called. I finally messaged him that I was going to start a complaint with Home Advisor, and still have not heard from him.

I reached out to Aaron doleszny DBA Gutter Pros to Install seamless gutters and the gutter guards. We agreed on $2300 and signed a contract around May 25th 2019. The contract stated that it will be done in 4-6 weeks. After waiting almost 3 months, and he did not show up to install the gutters, I decided to reach out to him via phone as that was the only option to get in touch with him. He ignored a lot of messages from me and refused to reply for few days. Finally, I heard from him, and he showed up to install the gutters on August 23rd 2019 and took 2 days to install the gutters. The gutters started leaking very badly soon after he left. I reached out to him to fix the leaks on Sept 09th 2019 and asked him to schedule a date to fix the issues. He ignored the messages for little bit and when he got back he did not give me any date. All he said is that he was busy and will take care of it. He has been very lousy professional and if I recall correctly he told me that he warranties his work for 1 year and if there are any leaks let him know, and he will come fix it. He is a person who signs a contract in May and shows up in August. Repeatedly ignores the messages from customers. Keeps them in the dark. He told me that he will send me the contract in email but it never happened. He should man up and finish the job he promised. I have also filed an official complaint with BBB and consumer protection department. I wrote this review to share my experience and to unmask his true service and workmanship. I believe if you pay for a service you should receive it in timely manner and to the satisfaction. I will keep all the customers posted and review until he fix my gutters. A little history to keep you refreshed. I hired him in May, and he showed up after ignoring my messages a lot in August 2019. He did a cr****job. The gutter started leaking badly soon after he left. I have tried to reach him ever since. He is so full of excuses. Never showed up. I filed a complaint to BBB, Attorney General office of Vermont, Trip advisor and nothing has been resolved yet. But I am not going to let him getaway. I will fight this until justice is served. I hope this review can save other consumers from having to pay for a cr***** job and the ordeal to get things done. Thanks. I will keep all the consumers updated regarding the actions taken on my particular case. UPDATE 12/6/2019: I hired Aaron doleszny DBA Gutter pros in Swanzey,NH. I had previously reviewed about the unprofessional work ethic and treating customer badly. I hired him to install seamless gutters, and he did a cr****ob. Gutters started leaking soon after he installed the gutters in August 2019. He has been giving excuses every time I ask him to come fix the gutters. I have been waiting ever since August for him to fix the gutter leaks, but he is ignoring all the messages lately. I reached out to BBB, Attorney General office of Vermont and homeadvisor. The issue has not been resolved yet. I will keep fighting until justice is served.

Great communication, & very friendly. Got in and out in a timely manner, and was super accommodating to our tenants while completing the job. Would hire again!

Excellent communication and patient while explaining the options. We felt that we could trust him, and he was very understanding in relation to our uncertain time frame. When I contacted him a week or Two later he immediately responded and is working with me to start the job as soon as I coordinate with General Contractor and give him Aaron’s availability we will set the time/day. I have no doubt that after the job I will want to give him extra stars! Highly recommend that you choose to meet with him as a Pro for this job!

Initial contact was immediate, scheduled time to estimate cost/job, then scheduled work date. Rain delayed work and only issue was no contact after first work date was missed due to weather. Then, re-contact was made and the work was promised to be completed on Memorial Day and it was. The removal of old gutters and installation was quick and efficient. Great personalities of installation guys and clean up was complete afterwards. Update: Since the start of the job until September, 2019, I have called the company several timesregarding leaks in the gutter and to have the cover guards installed as promised. Arron always stated that they well be installing the corner guards repeatedly but he never arrived. The leak that was to be fixed within a week, was never done, have not had any returned contact from Arron. I suggest that the full payment never be made until all the work is completed. Once the bill was paid in full via cash on the date of work, Arron lost interest in the completion of my job and went on to other ventures. Very disappointed that I trusted him at his word.

Far better than average install, hangers closely spaced, heavy gauge aluminum with a nice glossy finish. Nice downspout brackets instead of straps cut from roll stock. Obvious pride in doing a quality job instead of the all too common hurry up and get the money approach.
