Gutter Rescue

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience as I was hoping. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. The customer service was not good and I still have unanswered questions to damage that was done during my installation. The team did not speak English so I was unable to communicate my concerns with them. Owner was not present to oversee installation and after expressing my concerns to him he was rude and hollered at me on the phone and never showed up. He was supposed to come by after he left the station but so far as of this date, 30 days later he has not shown up. But I do have gutters. I also am having to buy extension for one of my gutters that the team forgot to put on.

Great company to work with. The owner Todd knows his stuff and is able to get the job done with quality work at a good price. I would hire his company again.

Gutter Rescue has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. Micah came to our home and provided a quote with samples to help match the trim of the house. He was professional and took the time to explain what was needed. Todd was super accommodating when it came to the scheduling and was even able to move us up since our rain barrels arrived earlier than anticipated. Fernando and his team arrived and took the time to discuss tying in the rain barrels and where we would benefit from some minor adjustments. The end result looks fantastic. The color match is impeccable and the craftsmanship was excellent. They worked quickly and with perfection. The quote was fair and within budget. Todd came out to my house when I was available, gave me the best quote. He was very knowledgeable and I liked that he has 20 years of experience. When I was ready, he got me set up quickly. He came out to the house while I was at work, he did a great job, everything was left cleaned up, and the gutters look fantastic! Now Iâ m just waiting on it to rain so I can see how they work!

Todd was the guy that did my house and the price was way less than I thought. My house is a two story house with over 4,500 square feet and I only paid $1,250 for the whole house! I remember when the house was built, the builder wanted to charge $4-5 thousand and that was a crazy amount, so I never had them installed. With the covid19 issues, the team did a great job keeping their distance and respecting boundaries for safety. My house was done in one day! Great job
