Gutter Shark

Same review as what I left on Google: Found Gutter Shark on Angi and, after reading reviews from various websites, I decided to request a quote. Eric, the owner, reached out immediately and, within a few days, he came out and I received a reasonable quote (with several options that we discussed). Reasonable delays occurred due to the holidays and bad weather (both cold and rain), but I am happy to say that the gutters are now complete. After about 5 hours of work and minimal disruptions to the household and they look incredible. Not only are they seamless gutters themselves, they look seamless with the house itself! Also, I am super pleased that the brown color of the gutters they selected matches the metal seam on my relatively new roof. The technician, Stan, worked steadily and (mostly) cleaned up afterwards (a section of an old downspout and a large, loose screw was left on the driveway). Despite that, Stan blew off the leaves in the surrounding areas after the job was done and even put my extension cord they used during the job back where it came from. Stan and Eric had a tough job with the back section of my home due to it being heavily wooded and a very long section was needed. They installed it without much disruption of the natural environment out back. I will update this review after our next big rain to comment on the quality of the gutters, but, for now, the work looks great.

Great service at a fair price.

Eric was phenomenal, very professional , and a pleasure to work with. We received 3 quotes and decided to go with Gutter Shark based on recommendations and price. The team completed the project in 2 and half days (due to constant rain). The gutters have made such a huge difference on our home and landscaping.

They were great and did great, fast work. The gutters look good and keep the water away from our foundation.

Eric was easy and professional to work with. His crew did the gutter and leaf screen installation as scheduled. They had to come back to make some adjustments, but did so promptly.

Excellent experience. Everyone from the owner on down was responsive, courteous, and professional. I feel they did very good work, including some custom adjustments that had to be made. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. Everyone was happy to explain what they were doing and why, and to check I was happy with their choices.

The owner came out and spotted some areas that needed to be done in addition to what I was planning. There was no pressure to do any of the work. The crew came out on the day scheduled and got the work done. The crew really produced a high quality product. I would use them again.

The whole crew was terrific. They replaced my old gutters with new ones, all of which fit well and do their jobs. Eric (the owner) went over my choices with me, and never pushed the most expensive option at me. In fact, he suggested I save money by waiting to see if I actually needed gutter screens. The installers themselves were very polite and helpful, willing to explain what they were doing and why. They asked me what I preferred when a choice was available, and their work was meticulous and well-executed. I would be happy to hire them again for future work, as they fulfilled all my expectations at a very reasonable price.

My overall experience with GutterShark was just first class all the way. The estimate was fair and the crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job installing new gutters and rain guard. They corrected several problems that were discovered in the process and provided great advice. They were professional through the whole experience. On-time, professional job, great advice, beyond normal service and great clean up when done. Hire them and your gutter issues will be finally solved.
