Gutter Shell was prompt to respond to our pricing request, performed the job quickly and on the date they said they would. The team was very professional and cleaned up all of their mess when the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutter repairs.

Sales associate promised what was an impossible task. The job was not finished. The technician said it was a two day job, not a regular job. They did not bring the materials that they needed to do the job described by the sales person. They butchered the job, it is going to cost me extra, most likely, and the sales rep went against what was written in the contract with no shame. Extremely disappointed. They disrupted my weekend for nothing. Cost me extra, but the boss came and fix the mess, looks good, but whole experience was stressful, won't use again nor recommend to my friends. Do not blame technicians, but sales person was terrible.

All in all a very good job. Have recommended them to others who hired this company. Only downside was that communication could have been better. Dumpster and supplies showed up only one day later than stated. Job was done quickly and efficiently. It looks great, they came back quickly to fix a small gutter problem. Clean up was excellent.
