The GAF product that we used for the roofing was highly recommended and we did put the GAF system ventilation on the house. They started promptly at 7 o?clock in the morning and worked until 6 PM. My only complaint is that when I had questions in scheduling the coordinator never called me back I left four messages and finally called me back but left a message with one of my associates because I was not available then I could not get a hold of him again. Product great but very expense Customer service is Not consistent or to my expectations.

Your job was quite large and the time frame it took to complete from start to finish was 8 days. Your job was started within a week of receiving your contract, which is much quicker than the usual two to three months it takes to get started when the weather is better. With weather and the smaller crew (due to the time of year) that is not an unreasonable amount of time. And unfortunately, construction projects are messy. We try our best to keep on top of the clean up as we go. I'm sorry your expectations were not met. We hope you're satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

We interviewed a number of roofing companies to replace our asphalt shingle roof and rotting gutter fascia. Gutter and Roof solutions offered the right combination of great pricing, solid reputation and knowledgable, no-pressure sales. They listened closely to our priorities, and even backed us down from a couple of unnecessary concerns and up-sells. The roofing team, headed by Claudio, did a great job and kept the worksite looking neat. Communication was good, and our experience with customer service was positive and responsive. Our project came through in good time and on budget. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

I went with this company because of the reviews it received on Home Advisor. BUYER BEWARE! I had the worst experience with any contractor to date! They breached their contract with me, were unprofessional and tried to cheat me in several ways. The crew was not experienced with installing metal roofs. They tried to put inferior product over rotting plywood. They were sloppy and uncommunicative. The only way I got the owners attention was threatening to not pay them and after over 7 weeks (when they told me it would take a week at most), I finally got a roof that I could live with - only to find out the crew had used my fire place flue as a garbage receptacle for the skylight plastic. If I had had a fire I could have burned my house down or caused toxic fumes pouring into my house. If they had not already run to the bank with my check I would have stopped payment. This company should get taken off the Home Advisor list because of their fraudulent behavior, cutting corners and hiring a crew from some box store parking lot! AWFUL EXPERIENCE and not only do ALL my neighbors know and witness this but I am screaming this from the hilltops to NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. And after all this, including the garbage shoved down my chimney, they took off $500 from my $30,000+ bill! Criminal.

We always strive to give our clients the best possible experience as far as we are able. As with any construction project, there are bound to be delays yet we did our best to keep you up to date with nearly daily emails or calls from the scheduling office as well as the owner. You were in direct contact with the roofing foreman as well. At no time were we unaware of the status of your project. We had initially assumed it would take a week for the installation, however delays due to excessive heat, issues with suppliers, and ordering extra panels did push things back, as did working around your schedule while you went out of town. Scheduling delays, while unfortunate, do not constitute a breach of contract and we added a $500 credit as an apology for those delays. All of our roofing crews are certified, bonded, and insured. If they were not, we would not be able to maintain our Master Elite Status with GAF, our A+ rating with the BBB, and our warranties would be voided. We do not hire crews from a "box store parking lot." NuRay is not affiliated with us other than as a supplier. At your request, we paid to have their representative, Jared, come out to inspect your roof in addition to an inspector you hired. He said, and I am quoting, 'I thought there were some really, really nice looking things on that project. The skylights were perfect! Also, that weird transition was fixed wonderfully." The skylight plastic was left behind unintentionally by our crew, who came back more than once to properly clean after the job was complete. We do not process payment until we have received written confirmation that our client is satisfied with the finished project. On top of the $500 courtesy credit, we redid multiple areas of the roof to your stated satisfaction, installed free gutters, guards and downspouts valued at over $2500, and extended our standard 2-Year Workmanship Guarantee to 3 years in recognition of the difficulties and delays you experienced. I do hope that, despite the difficulties with the installation, that you enjoy your new roof for years to come.

If you don't mind waiting for job completion on their terms with absolutly no regards to you than, this is your company. If you enjoy contacting a company through voice mail and never returning your calls than, this company is also for you. 4 mo after signing contract job completed and quality of work seems good. thats all to be said.

This company has many 5-star reviews which I doubt its authenticity. I was fooled to believe Home Advisors' recommendation and hired him, to which I surely regret. This company has an impressive front with Sales, Engineering and whatever departments, but it resulted to a messy system of communication among different people for a simple roofing replacement project. At first, I was interviewing their sale representative, Jack, who was nice and convincing;, so, I signed up for the work to start a couple months later. When the day finally came to begin, I was told to delay a few days by somebody in this outfit. It appeared to me that there was a field foreman in charge, who seemed to be confused of the scheduling and failed to deliver roof material on site in time. In the next few days, a guy named Chris contacted me and informed me that he would be in charge in place of the other guy who left the company! Ok, so the work finally got started, the dumpster was in place, and the huge truck unloaded roof material in front of the house. A crew of 3 roofers began to work the next day. But Chris, the supposedly foreman never showed up until 3 days later to come to my house for the check. He never even bothered to have a short inspection tour before he left. I asked for a warranty paper, and he sent me a roof material warranty instead of a labor warranty. I called him to remind him that there was a high powered electrical cable dangling on top of the roof and it needed to be secured on the roof frame to avoid any potential electrical fire or electrocuting somebody in case of high wind and rain storms. He told me that he was "busy" and would do that later. To this date, I have not heard a word from him, or from the salesman, Jack, who promised me so much but delivered so little. Sad!!!

Signed on 5/12/17,to have roof replacement in 3 to 4 weeks.Received call they would schedule work on 6/5/17. To make a very frustrating long story short, and after several no shows, I didn't get my roof replaced until 7/20/17. Not happy !
