Showed up on time and finished on time

Buyer Beware!! Contractor did not honor his contract. Failed to install gutter guards as quoted and paid for. Upon discovery of incomplete work Owner stated that quote did not include gutter guards in spite of this being clearly on his invoice. Said would be out within two days to complete. Never showed and will not answer or return phone calls from me. Left several messages both on his cell and business number.

BUYER BEWARE! They did what seemed to be the a-ok job of installing our gutters and putting gutter protection but we developed some issues with the installation. unfortunately ....this company CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! It was like pulling teeth to have anyone return calls to correct the problems we had. They would promise to call and never follow through. They say they had a lifetime guarantee on their gutter guards...but it may take a lifetime to have anyone respond! Owner, Daryl was snarky and rude.

Showed up earlier than I had anticipated. I was delighted they could get to me earlier than scheduled. Great work and done in no time at all. Had all gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards installed.

Bob, the installer, showed attention to all the details and was sure to clean up all the old materials. The job was completed and looks awesome!

The Original Roof was removed down to the decking and a new asphalt shingle roof was installed. The new Shingles are buckled in four places. The Owner of this business will not return calls to come look at and fix the roof. Also Daryl said he would help us on an assessment of our deteriorating / damaged roof, on a second property, but did not follow through. I've called more than once, but he never calls back, and didn't;t show up as initially stated. I would NOT recommend using this contractor. MOVE ON! Save your money and your peace of mind! BEWARE! This is an IN and OUT - Hurry through the job and the heck with quality or follow-up. SAD!!! He won't be invited to look at other jobs we wanted done, BOO!!!! Thumbs DOWN!!!

The job was terrible they didnt even fix the problem i had every time it rained the gutter would leak, i had them come back out and fix the job but they didnt even fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome work. No complaints. Did what they said they’d do and cleaned up well.

Revised review after very poor follow-up. Initially, there was a quick response time and they were extremely friendly. They even called to confirm our color choice because it was not the same as the siding. Plus, they took the time to see where our downspouts were ending and created a different path so water flowed away from the house more effectively. Four months later, a piece of the gutter broke and was hanging down. We tried contacting them multiple times, calls kept going to voice mail and we left multiple messages. We talked to a person one time, they said they'd send someone out and then nothing. We're having to find someone else to at least remove the piece of gutter and then to replace it.

It is always nice to have the men that do the work professional. When I watch you can see they know what they are doing.

Gutter Solutions was quick to provide a quote and get me scheduled for gutter replacement with guards. The install team was professional and kept me updated with their progress. They did a great job installing new gutters with the guards and cleaned up. They provided a fair price and timely repairs. I highly recommend them for repairs.

I called them Tuesday and they had my project done by Wed. Super customer service and good work.
