There was a micunderstanding between a lower verbally quoted price and a final written price.

Poor installation; ruined roof edge, popped roof nails out from roof when bending gutter to fit under overhang. Looks awful. Good product, just unprofessional / rushed approah to installation. Will not use contractor again past warranty period. Currently dealing with roofer to repair damage done by gutter install. I am not a happy customer.

Was able to fix problem using existing gutters. Impressed he didn't try to sell something not needed.

I contacted the website because a previous contractor had re-hung my gutter incorrectly and I was trying to learn the proper way to re-hang it. Eric with Gutter Systems of Souther Arizona, LLC came to my home and advised me what the problem was. I thanked him for his time and told him that the original contractor planned on correcting the mistake. It ended up that the original contractor did not complete the re-hanging of the gutter so I called Eric again and made an appointment for him to come over and re-hang the gutter. Eric came over and did a great job. He did not ever say a negative word about the original contractor.

The initial response that I received from the owner was, "We don't do that". Then we had two employees show up who said that they could do the job. When the job was done on the weekend, it was a series of snafus including accidentally disassembling a drainage pipe, the employee crawling through the ceiling in the dark to fix the pipe, and finally him losing his cell phone in the wall requiring that he make a hole in the wall the following week to retrieve his phone. Also, the job really was not finished completely requiring follow-up work. The contractor is inexpensive compared to another bid but the follow-up has been a headache for us.

The young men working for this company were clean, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, went right to work and cleaned up afterwards. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recomment them to anyone looking for well-done gutter work.
