Randy and his crew were easy to work with. Quoted and excellent price for 6 inch gutters while everyone else was quoting 5 inch. Color matched the downspouts with my brick. Would recommend.

I would like to Thank the Gutter tech team for proving that great customer service does NOT Exist. I had a requested the Gutter Tech team to quote me on putting gutters across the back of my house. It has some existing gutters and asked for it to be completed and fully covered the length of my house. They Provided a Quote. I was out of town when they completed the work. When I arrived home and reviewed the work, it was not complete nor what I had asked for. They completely guttered the left side of my house, and left 17-20 foot of roof line on the right side without gutters. (Please ask for Pictures) I called Randy and told him what I was looking at, he said he would be out the next day and we would talk thru it. When he arrived the next day he would not get out of his truck to discuss the issue, I had to go to the street and talk to him while he was sitting in his vehicle. I provided the Quote and the drawing. He said the measurements we correct. I pointed at the Quote and told him there were no measurements on it. There are not even outlines of the house. It looks to go to the edge. He was not budging nor admitting any ownership of shorting the right side of my house by 17-20 feet of gutters. I asked him and his team to quote the remaining portion. without looking, without measuring, without a care, he blurted out the price. The price to finish 17 feet was half, yes 40% of what he charged for the entire job (what he did do). I told him that I thought that was too High. 40% more on top of the quote because you did not quote it correctly is wrong. I then asked why they did not use the existing downspout and splice in the remaining would that be less? He said We do not give anything away for Free, I did not ask for free, reasonable, and for Gutter Tech to take some responsibility for the error, YES. But not free. He did not answer. I wrote the check and let him know I was not happy. He left my property and as he was leaving I received a text, He said Sorry for the mis-understanding, we do not give away material or Labor for free. He also added that they would Be more than happy to finish the job. Yes he said Finish the Job and this time they provided a price 44% less going on my measurements. 1) Watch your Quote and make sure his team makes all of the notes, They will not mark it correctly and will not honor the mistake if they make it. 2) Make sure you verify the job is complete and right, yes right before you pay them. My experience felt like a bait and switch. They told me a price for what I asked for then they did less and when I wanted it finished they acted like I did not want to Pay. I asked for a quote, how is that free? They provided me with an amount 40% more without looking or thinking. I do not think that is fair, or honest. I will not hire this company for any work in the future, I have the Quote and the Pictures of the remaining work to be done if anyone would like to see it.

After getting 3 qoutes from other companys we chose GutterTech. They were not the cherapest , they were the only company to give us a written quote of the work to be done before they left. Nick who was incharge of the install knows his trade well a very hard worker. His father taught him and was also at the job site daily to inspect all the work. Nick was training a new worker but took the time out to answer all of our questions. The job turned out very nice everything was perfect I now understand why they offer a 10 year guartantee . This is a family run company that always answers their phones. My wife loves the rain barrel that matches our home picture perfect. Infact everything matches perfect Nick is about doing everything 100 % no short cuts the amount of prep work is something I was unaware of . If you want the job done to perfection hire this company.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The folks at Gutter Tech are friendly, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about their work. We needed new gutters installed on our home, and tried HomeAdvisor for the first time. When Gutter Tech came out for a quote soon after, they were thorough and worked with us, helping us determine what we needed versus what we could wait on. We knew we were in good, trustwortht hands, so we hired them for the job. We were pleased with the price, and blown away by their quality of work. What a phenomenal company, made up of a truly stupendous group of people! We absolutely recommend Gutter Tech, without a doubt.
