Gutter Werks, LLC

It is a long overdue for me to write the reviews about the Gutter Werks. I learned about Mike from my friend so I paged Mike. Mike was driving and pulled over. He said he could come over the next day. The communication between us was fantastic since I am deaf. The service was awesome. I am very pleased with the new gutters and don't have a problem with it since he installed a year ago. I recommend highly of his business. Thanks so much, Mike.

Mike followed up next day and came out gave an accurate estimate, and did the work right away, 3-4 days process with the weekend inbetween. Prompt efficient service and good quality work, we would use them again and definitely would recommend them to friends and collegues.

Prompt and friendly service

Everything with Mike & his Gutter Werks crew was top notch. Mike called me immediately, was out just as fast for an estimate, and even did some work right then and there to mitigate the problem we were having. His crew came out on a Saturday to do the work, without tacking on an extra charge, which was much appreciated. While I am not 100% sure I got the best deal since I just accepted the first quote I received, what I paid seemed fair. I would recommend Gutter Werks to anyone.

Very fast to the house for an estimate and very thorough explanation of what needed and didn't need to be done. Great work and I never actually saw them. Will be using them from now on.

Mike at Gutter werks but professional and fair. We love our new gutters. Mike suggested we use a color on our gutters and it looks like crowne moulding on our home. We started out doing the main house but are now expanding the project to the garage because it looks so nice.

Never saw the guy and couldn't be happier! He inspected my gutters while I was at work, and called to describe their condition. Then he emailed a very detailed description of what he was going to do. On the day of installation, I went to work, and came home to new gutters! I mailed him his check the next day!

Gutter Werks was responsive, kept me informed about the job, and completed it for a reasonale price. Overall, a good experience.

I was provided a work proposal that included all details of planned work. I needed 6 gutter elbows resealed as they were dripping more water than the downspout. Mr. Hearne identified some more gutter issues I had that I had not previously noticed. The estimated cost was about what I had expected to pay for just the basic leakage repair but included the additional work I also needed. Mr. Hearne and his associated arrived for work precisely as prearranged and completed all work in a very timely manner. They worked very efficiently and professionally. I give them my top rating. I would most certainly hire this company again.

Gutter Werks came very quickly, sent someone who has been in the business for years and would do the work (not just an estimator), and the person had some excellent ideas related to aesthetics and reducing costs, as well as uncovered a potential problem that was dealt with as a part of the work (one that didn't cost extra). The price was extremely competitive. When I explained that I needed the work done right away (as I was having a staining issue each rainstorm), they fit me in and came the next day, and completed the work well. As an FYI, the day AFTER they finished, someone else I had contacted just got back to me to schedule an estimate.

Installed new gutters, downspouts, and gutter covers. Very professional work crew. There was a minor problem with the gutter covers after the first rain. Gutter Werks came promptly and fixed it without charge. I would hire them again.

Mike Hearne did a great job. The communication was great, the estimate laid out everything, a very professional well written document. I did not have to be there for the estimate or the work being performed. The work was done with very good quality. I paid before the work was done and they finished the work on time the same day.
