Jason did a good job with the garage door. We also hired Gutter Works for a subsequent project with the kitchen incinerator. Jason showed up on time and behaved in professional and courteous manner.

The work on the garage was excellent. The gentlemen were very courteous and most importantly (which is a huge plus for me), SHOWED UP ON TIME! They continued working until the job was completed. If it was not finalized by the day, they immediately set up a timeframe to finish the job. I would highly recommend their work to anyone who is interested in receiving services from this company.

On the phone I told him it was a small job that can be done within an hour, but he said they"schedule" all jobs for 4 hours." I reiterated that it was a samll job. They did the job in 50 minutes, then tried to charge me for 4 hours work because they "pulled the gutter trailer from an hiour away." I once again explained that he did not say there was a 4 hour minimum but rather that they schedule 4 hours- a big difference. I felt sorry for him for coming so far (although that is his business) so paid him for 2 hours instead of 1 hour with a tip. Did a good job, but be clear with them if it is a small job!

Jason was very professional and took the job on a very short notice. We are very pleased with the work and would use him again for any new project. I would highly recommend.

Jason did a good job on a tougn project because we had a difficult and unique door. Sometimes its when your contacted hits a few snags that you see his true colors. Thanks to Jason and his team for getting it done in such a professional and compassionate manner. We have one pencils item, hopefully the Gutter Works guys will come through for us soon.
