Outstanding job.

The initial installation was fine. Now that I have a sagging gutter that is covered under warranty, no one has responded for the past two weeks (left voicemail, text, email, and FB message). No follow through on the warranty. Very disappointing.

We were very satisfied. I would hire them again and recommend the company to others.

Brian was a great person to work with and he and his crew worked on my gutters extremely quickly. However, there was an eight inch section of my guard gutters that did not get completed on the initial day of work. It took roughly a week and half for someone to come back out and complete it. Other than the small hiccup, I would recommend them.

Gutter Works was the first to contact me the very day I sent my request in to Home Advisors. They called and we arranged for a day the following week to do a gutter cleaning and installation of new end caps on all gutters and a new downspout on my workshop. On the day we made the appointment, Brian advised me there could be a delay depending on the rainy forecast but they came anyway on their predicted appointment date and worked in a light drizzle. Brian called shortly after they arrived to advise me the crew noticed my gutters had been hung without a pitch to allow the water to drain through the downspouts. So they reset them all with the proper pitch and completed the original work of end caps and downspout. There was no rubbish left behind and they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend and I would use them again should I ever need more gutter work.
