liked the main guy Mike. seemed to know what he was doing.

Mr. Raymond was prompt in returning all phone calls and for appointments. His work was outstanding, and he made an extra trip out to our home to match the gutter color as I was unsure of which specific color we needed. We also found his price to be extremely reasonable. We would recommend Gutters Direct, Inc. without hesitation.

We used GUTTERS DIRECT recommend by you and were very satisfied, they did good work, where clean and worked with the painters to get the job completed. Any problems were taken care of immediately. Low to mid price range. Would highly recommend.

Gutters Direct contacted me within 4 hours, An installer came out the same day to do an estimate although I gave them the footing over the phone. Estimate was only $25.00 over the phone quote. Installation team came out next day and gutters were up in just a few hours. Work was done very nicely and all trash was removed.

Next day service I think pricing was fair. I am currently waiting on them to come back by to shorten the downspouts so they will be out of the way of the landscapers. BW

The work was done well. However I didn't receive and invoice indicating that the job was paid for . I called the office and was told it would be mailed. To date I have not reeived anything.

Quick response but I still have a leak in the same place and cannot get in touch with anyone to have them redo the work. I want my money back and have not had anyone return my calls.

0 STARS!!!!I am very disappointed in this company. They did not complete the job, and will not return phone calls and their phone numbers (all 5) get disconnected regularly. When I finally called blocking my phone number they took my call, then put me on hold for 17 minutes then disconnected me and now will not answer the phone and the voice message system is full and cannot take messages. I will be further reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Very anxious for my business - called several times to try to schedule, then showed up almost 2 hours late for the job when we did pick a date. Once there, the 2 men were professional, neat and hardworking. They did a great job installing the gutters and I haven't had any problems or leaks. Price-wise? No once could TOUCH their price! Great value. Just make sure you give the guys lots of cold water - it's HOT work!

I had 2 companies come out and give estimates, this one was a little high, but they came out and like they say the squeaky wheel gets the oil. They did a really great job!

After I made the request with Service Magic, I got a call with an estimate within 15 minutes. They were very reasonable with price and installation was quick. They did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Gary and Kyle did a profesional job installing my gutters. These two men really know what they are doing and they go the extra mile to make you happy. The only thing, is that when I call Gutters Direct to let them know how happy I was, nobody call me back .

It started well- came the same day for the quote, and installed the next day. But, there is a problem with the installation and in a month they have not responded. Initially, I called several times and spoke to Destiny, who said only the office manager (Angela) could help. Although Angela left one message for me, we could never get her on the phone. I made a comment on the on-line comment page of their website, which resulted in a call from Destiny, then... nothing (except one day Inoticed a missed call on my cell (but no message left for me), I called back but no return call. Not very good follow up and we still need repairs.

Job was done OK. David was courteous and completed the job. However, the gutter was placed too close to a gate and needed to be moved. I tried on numerous occasions to get David or some other technician out to move the gutter. Gutters Direct literally never returned my phone calls and I had to call them back to try to get someone out. Even after this they never sent anyone out to fix the job. I was VERY disappointed in this company after all was said and done, and therefore can't recommend them to anyone else.
