Doug was very prompt. When he say he with be there on a particular day and what time he would be here, he was. Explain what he would do and what it would cost. He was very reasonable with his price. Beautiful work! Good workers are hard to fine, but i would recommend Doug highly.

Doug installed a 12 foot section of gutter and downspout adjacent to a patio cover on the rear of my house. Materials appear to be standard, as it seems to be equal to the other gutters on my house. Workmanship was fine and efficient. Doug was able to fabricate a little piece of flashing to integrate the gutter with the patio cover. I would do business with Doug again.

Prompt and beautiful work!

Doug is very friendly and a hard worker. He did a great job on the gutters and the price was fair. I did have some problems though. They tripped the electrical outdoor plug and when it didn't come back on, they used my neighbors outlet to finish the project, without asking and didn't tell me about the outage. My freezer is in the garage and when the outlet was tripped, my freezer was off for 24 hours and I lost food, which I was not reimbursed for. Also, they installed an underground drain but instead of throwing the sod in a trash bin, they threw it over the fence in a pile which looks unsightly. The corner by the downspout is finished with Hardy plank, and a 3" square piece was broken off when the downspout was attached, without notifying me. Overall, I gave them a 4 because the gutters look and work good.

On first visit I was given an estimate and explained exactly what the job would entale. We set up install time and he showed up right on time. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. I would recommend him to my friends.

Doug Doucet was very knowledgeable about the gutters he installed. They came out really, really nice. He is a concerned journeyman. He also installed my rain barrels. He spent a lot of time making sure that they would be sturdy and efficient. I am very pleased with his work.
