Team was very knowledgeable and skilled at installing a whole house Rinnai tankless water heater with recirculating pump. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Would strongly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs. Pricing was very reasonable.

I received two call backs within minutes of my call to Guy Boyd Plumbing. Nola came to the house in 2 hours and had my piping repaired and got all of my natural gas appliances up and running in about 2 hours. Quick response and get the job done! Very pleased and would call again.

Horrible experience. Was assigned to them by my home warranty. They made me wait over 6 hours because the dispatcher says she was *hosting a baby shower*. Then the plumber who finally shows up (Paul) had no clue what he was doing, was quick to misdiagnose everything. He did not even bother trying to find the problem. He then made a HUGE mess and flooded our entire laundry room, ruined our flooring, and when asked to clean it up he sped away in his truck. Literally. Completely crazy experience. Stay away from this company. Their office did not even have the decency to apologize or even call us back when we reported it.

I had a leaking hot water tank. The plumber I was assigned through my Home Warranty company told me that they could not relocate the hot water tank in any place other than in my master suite closet. This was needed because the current hot water tank was located in the attic. The hot water tank was installed and the home was built around it. The attic access opening was 20.5 inches and the hot water tank is 23 inches wide so the tank couldn't be removed. Because of the HVAC duct work, we couldn't put another tank in the same spot. Brilliant builder design! I would have to pay extra for the relocation, which is to be expected, but I would have to find an electrician to run the wires for this relocation. I understand that their hands were tied because of the home warranty contract but finding an electrician and getting their schedules to match up would take some time that I didn't want to waste. The tank was leaking from the bottom. I didn't want 50 gallons of hot water pouring through the ceiling should it fail. So I looked at other alternatives. I decided to call other plumbers for a 2nd opinion. I called Guy Boyd Plumbing on Wednesday late afternoon. On Thursday morning, Guy called me and asked what help I needed and to gather some initial information. Later that afternoon, Guy came over to my house to see the current set up and provided some options. After discussing options and costs associated with each option, we settled on relocating the hot water tank into a closet on the main floor. This was the most expensive option, but made the most sense. He provided his professional insight on the pros and cons of each option and answered every single question I had. He was very pleasant to deal with, very polite, and professional. The quote was exactly what we were charged. He stated he didn't think he could get to us the next day due to the corona virus situation and that it was 3pm in the afternoon on Thursday. Friday morning, we received a call asking if we could be available to have the hot water tank installed. The crew was polite and professional as well and had the hot water tank relocated and installed in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend Guy Boyd Plumbing for any plumbing job based on my experience with the services provided. Excellent job, quick replies, and 1 very satisfied customer.

They came and did the service required. We had a minor issue We recalled them and they came back to fix the minor issue All was a great experience.

The first time I hired them, Nolan came out. I don't think he's a licensed plumber and didn't have one with him. His work leaked. They came out quickly to fix it and sent someone who was much more skilled. Stated that Nolan was the bosses son in law and was still learning. I hired them again, because I liked what the second guy had to say about Mr. Boyd and I respect Mr. Boyd for being a Christian with integrity. The second time they came out, they didn't bring a concrete saw and had to return to get one (even though I told them they'd be cutting concrete and needed a saw), they tried to over charge for the hours and billed me for the time while they were away getting their saw. I called Mr. Boyd and he made it right. I attempted to hire them a third time, they didn't show up when they said they would and then didn't respond to my calls. I think they got mad that I called them on overbilling the hours, but I wasn't going to overpay for hours they weren't there. I called multiple times, and they wouldn't respond, So I hired another company with better google reviews. Oddly enough, the second company came out and stated that they had just come from a job at a hotel where Guy Boyd's company had accidentally cut the wrong lines and caused significant financial damages to the customer. New plumber was shocked at what they had seen at the previous job. (their words, not mine). I respect Mr. Boyd for reasons previously stated, but I won't be using them again.

Saturday emergency service, late in the day. Quick response, quality work. Knowledgeable, friendly crew.

This is the second time we have used them, and we have been pleased with their work both times. We will likely use them for future plumbing needs. On time, quality work, and were even cool with our dogs being nosy about what they were doing.

I hired Guy Boyd to install a tankless water heater. This involved removing a 1940's beast of a water tank from up on a shelf in the pantry. How they managed to remove it without damaging anything is a miracle. They installed the new tankless system outside the house and were extremely efficient and professional.
