Chuck came out reviewed project agreed on price and start date, gave 50% monies at this time. No contact for a week, I initiated contact again. Another week goes by. Comes and does the project while I am out of town. Upon arrival home contacts me for finalizing payment. Project wasn?t done as requested and when I stated it would need to be repaired and or redone Chuck started making excuses. He said he wanted to meet face to face I agreed told him to look at his schedule and let me know. That was on 7/7 and as of yet haven?t heard or seen him. He placed the fence 2 feet away from the property lines and not in line with the existing fences as requested bottom line is; fence was not done correctly and I wanted it placed where it was supposed to have been on agreement of project.

Took 2 half days. Both Thursday and friday leaving the project half done. I did not call him back to finish the job.

It is unfortunate that the homeowner did not understand that I had previously scheduled appointments on those two days and that the sheetrock mud needed time to dry.

We really appreciated his dedication and reliability. He came every day on time at 8:00 am and left at 5:00 with an hour for lunch. He did this until the work was completed. A really hard worker.
