Third world quality. We spent tens of thousands with Mr. Guzman on our dream home ($1.5M), treated his workers like family, gave them materials, furniture, fixtures, food/refreshments and at the end of the day, they screwed us. We are now having to spend thousands to repair and undo poor quality/shoddy and UNSAFE workmanship. We had to tear out the tile steps from first to second floor and have them reinstalled by professionals; had over 800 sf of new tile grout replaced as it was faulty, had to throw away $6K in Hunter Douglas slider blinds as they were ruined by Guzman. Other disasters: unsafe wiring, electrical fixtures not working, poorly installed luxury vinyl flooring, amateur flooring/stair tile installation, leaking plumbing, paint peeling off doors, paint/adhesive slop EVERYWHERE (as Guzman workers were careless), paired bathroom mirrors hung at different heighths, and the list goes on. Projects were left unfinished, hardware missing, artwork "missing," bi-fold door missing, critical hardward missing. His tile workers carelessly dumped piles of grout waste in our landscaping and ruined the yard with waste. They tore out our summer kitchen refrigerator and damaged the brickwork and did not repair or reinstall. Ian winds then destroyed the unistalled refrigerator. Our high-end granite countertops were an installed mess and we had to hire a countertop/granite specialist to try and correct the poorly installed and damaged countertops. The countertops will never look right. Without exception, all of the real contractors/pros we have hired to fix Guzman's failures have simply shook their heads in dismay of the amateur quality. Every bathroom vent (5 total) was not installed properly and had to be completely reworked and refitted; and, any wiring he did (discovered so far) was not to code and dangerous. Further, he painted our kitchen cabinets with an exterior house paint (not a cabinet enamel) and they are now deteriorating and will cost thousands to repaint or 10s of thousands to replace. Guzman is not a qualified or professional remodeler, has no listing with the State of Florida for such or any, apparently has no insurance; and, at best, is an okay drywaller. Case in point, his "plumber" showed up in a beat up mini-SUV with his tools and supplies in grocery sacks. Shocker that all the sinks leak and are poorly fitted. Also, his worker's vehicles leaked oil on the paver parking. Guzman put our family in danger with unsafe wiring, his workers were not qualified and he has not responded to any of my requests for satisfaction, payment for repairs or filing an insurance claim. Use Guzman at your peril and we are sorry we ever met him, as he is not an honorable man and certainly not a professional/qualified remodeler.

After experiencing water and mold damage from hurricane Ian, we called several companies to put the house back together after removing all the damage. No one could assist us until we called Guzman Drywall & Remodeling. Adan was very professional and quick to respond. He gave us a quote to install new insulation, drywall, crown molding, paint, and replace electrical fixtures. His pricing was more than fair. His team did a fantastic job all the way through. We gave Adan a timeframe for completion and he finished before a specific date. Highly recommend this company!

Adan and his team saved us from the total devastation from Hurricane Ian. We had two feet of water in our home. Adan's crew came in and started immediately, ripping out the drywall to prevent it from growing mold. His crew was on time and worked so hard every single day until the project was done. It was so nice to depend on a company to (1) rip out drywall; (2) replace the drywall - only after the house dried sufficiently; (3) the spackling was a work of art. I couldn't see where the original drywall was and where the new drywall began. It was amazing. (4) the paint skills of these guys is top notch - thank you, Giovanni! (5) the trim work done by Gus was the most amazing woodwork I've seen. From the first day they came, it was all hands on deck, even with Adan's son Kevin helping (which was awesome). I would recommend this company 100%.

From start to finish Adan and his team were extremely professional. The quality of the work is excellent in every aspect including electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Everything was left neat and clean, and we are extremely happy with the results. Additionally, we both work from home and this bathroom remodel was done without any interruptions to our workday. They went above and beyond to enter and work directly in the bathroom without interrupting our work day. I would definitely recommend Adan and his team to anyone looking for repairs or remodels.

adan and crew did an excellent job removing popcorn ceilings throughout my condo. The finished product was perfect and the wife was very happy, I also hire them to paint both our walls and woodwork, again nice job. Wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again for future projects.

Adan and his crew where very professional, clean and prompt. The work was excellent, exceeded our expectations and was completed in the timeframe quoted. They were on time everyday, covered everything that could not be moved and cleaned up at the end of the day. We look forward to hiring Adan and crew for our next project.
