Juan didn't complete the project due to a rainy day. Asked for payment, after agreeing to come back the following week to complete the painting and add the bolts securing framing to the footing. Did not return and did not respond to my multiple follow up calls. Lesson learned.

I needed to have a 6â x20â cedar deck rebuilt. I contacted Juan on a Monday. The next day he looked at my project and gave me a quote, which I accepted. Work started Thursday and was completed the next day. Everything went better than expected. I can definitely recommend Guzman Construction based on my experience.

Very nice crew were on site the day after my request. They were great about asking us how we wanted the large trees pruned and, asked repeatedly while they were working about whether to take certain branches. Cleaned up everything. I will certainly call them the next time I need tree service.

Juan Guzman and his team demo'd my fence and replaced it with a beautiful cedar fence. Juan always had an open line of communication with me and was very professional. His team worked through some very hot days and completed the fence on time. The clean up they did afterward was great.
