He took a $6,000 deposit for a wet bathroom for my husband who had a major stroke. He made some simple CAD drawings for us. It was decided by the medical staff that my husband could not remain home. Gwinn would not give us any of our $6,000 back so I took him to small claims court afte4 my husband died. I won but Gwinn neve4 paid the money back even with the court judgements. He is a thief and has no conscience. Do not work with him.

Did a good job on the deck overall, but they lack attention to detail, they need to use a level and straight edge and pay attention to grain direction when framing. Basic things like blocking was forgotten until I mentioned it a few times, then it finally got installed after the fact. They can build a deck if you don't mind supervising the entire project. I have had guest notice the flaws in the deck.

Very accommodating with requests and unexpected plan changes.

I am a bit late in writing this review, but non the less I wanted to share my experience. I called to have my driveway plowed and with in 20 minutes he was here and did and awesome job at a very fair price. I understand he does contracting work as well. I will definitely call when I am in need of other work for my home.

showed up before I expected .he cleared snow from my ice covered driveway.He has not billed me yet , I hope he will return for the next snowfall as I not signed an agreement for the season,which I will gladly do

He did a deck for us (synthetic) my wife had him remodel 2 bathrooms, he replaced a slider for us going out to the deck, a skylight, other door replacements,and garage windows he replaced for us (2).
