Cuts corners, poor quality, did not finish the job. Donâ t Pay this company a dime until they are 100% complete. Donâ t expect any quality whatsoever. We had a miserable experience with this contractor. They cut corners every step of the process. We agreed to use 4,000psi concrete, the ready mix operator confirmed they ordered/used 3,500psi mix. We agreed to having rebar at 16â on center, then they installed it at 24â on center. We agreed to them doing control joints at a 45 degree angle from the house at 5â on center, they did not come close to accomplishing that. They didnâ t wait long enough before they broom finished the slab so the finish quality is extremely poor. One of the worst things is their missed elevations which left us with terrible looking slab that does not drain properly. They were unable to maintain a consistent elevation where the slab meets the house. They left concrete splatter and cure spray all over the house. Up to this point the issues were not for a lack of trying, just poor execution and skimping on materials. They committed to applying a sealer and hauling off the debris from the project on the day we made the final payment. Shame on us for paying them in full before the job was done. They still have not finished the job and havenâ t returned a call or text since.
