No work has been done, the only thing that has been done is he has taken my deposit money. I understand that he did have a COVID problem but that was before Christmas.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The owner Jeff came out and did various projects for me. We were very desperate to get things done, as we were flipping a house. At first, it seemed as if they were doing a great job, but then things started to change. Jeff would show up late and leave early. One of his workers would stay and continue working, but apparently, he did not know what he was doing. The last project they worked on in the house was the basement bathroom. They totally screwed it up. I was wondering why they kept avoiding our phone calls and lying about when they would be able to come back and finish the job. To make a long story short, they never came back and finished up, they stopped answering our calls, and now we have to pay another plumber to come out to re-do the job. I do not recommend them. I am actually planning on suing them.

If I could give them 10,000 stars, I would. I have had such a time with my water heater and ultimately needed a replacement. I had given up that anyone would shoot me straight on price and service.
