Amazing response time due to the fact it was a Sunday afternoon. H2O had the plumber (Scott) at my residence within two hours. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and explained carefully all aspects s of the repair. A great choice!

Before I paid them for anything, he took the time to speak to me for 45 minutes on the phone. I explained our problem and he walked me through trouble shooting and things we could try ourselves before having to pay for a service call. I was very impressed. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I was impressed with his diagnosis of the three problems, his skill in addressing them, his advice in preventing further problems, and his cleaning up the problem area. He dealt with a drain clog and replaced the seal under toilet and a waste disposal. The response time and the value of the work done were both good.
