H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services

I would recommend H2O Plumbing, they were honest and trustworthy and showed up when scheduled. Unfortunately our problem was bigger than expected but I'm glad it was fixed in a very timely manner.

My kitchen drain clogged late on Christmas Eve night. Christmas morning I contacted 6 plumbers recommended to me through HomeAdvisor and Todd got back to me quickly and had someone out to my house in about an hour. Dominick snaked the drain and had the water draining in less than 30 minutes.

I strongly not recommend to use these two companies. Last week I used Home Advisor for my problem with sink backup. I used American Sewer and drain. From the first inspection was determined that a camera was needed to determine the problem. I paid $165 with not results. Next day H2O pluming and sewer, a sister company to American Sewer. Without using the camera he determine that I had a broken pipe. We trusted him and we move forward with the repair at the cost of $7,000. During the work and after the work was completed that it was not the case. I believe, as a senior I was scammed for a work that was not needed. The next day I had a tub and toilet back up. H20 came over and found a clog. H20 has refused to work with me on the issue.

The service I got from H2O was excellent. They were very prompt, professional, and honest. They saved me over $4000 on the project I had and even fixed a problem that Roto Rooter created. I highly recommend H2O for not only the big project I had but also the small jobs.

He was on time and very professional - came out in a snow storm - Cleaned up after he was finished - He called right away and then called again to let me know he was on his way - I would absolutely use them again -- !!!
